The people there are impatient and they have no signs to guide you when you first enter the passport office. Don’t recommend going if you have no appointment.

The gentleman who assisted me on 07/31/2024 was kind, attentive and very professional. It even made my two children feel good. I don't give it 5 stars because there was only one person and the waiting time is very long for those of us who go without appointments.
