Dropped off a package to be shipped a week ago. It was boxed and had a shipping label ready to go. It still has not left and been put on a truck. I won’t be using this location ever again.

I recently visited the UPS Store with an urgent need, only to find it closed. However, Brenda and Jeremiah went above and beyond to accommodate me, making an exception despite the closing time. Their kindness and willingness to help saved me from inconvenience, earning my utmost appreciation. This level of exceptional customer service ensures that they have my business for life. Highly recommend!

This store is the worst UPS store.... I am a hijabi Indian Muslim, and as soon as I walked in, the bald employee looked at me as if I was scum... I went to return my items, and he's muttering about Amazon and how the reasons for these returns are because no one goes into the store.(hello is the UPS Store not making money? To everyone, there was a good morning and smile to me, nothing.... Then he tells the other man to assist me and walks away. Amazon said the UPS STORE packages and labels but no there I am doing it myself and the UPS clerks do nothing. WORST experience of my life... Mind you the store is disgusting so dirty and unclean... I would give 0 stars.

The hours list that on Sundays the store closes at 3:30. I arrived along with 2 other customers at 3:20 and the store was already closed. On a day like Sunday when people are trying to run around and do their errands, it’s absolutely ridiculous for a place like this to close early with no posted explanation. Also called and no one answered the phone. Horrible customer service.

Unfortunately they do not seem to provide the same level of service for Amazon returns as other locations. The associate groaned when we brought in 4 returns, and claimed that all had to be packed in one box (despite the fact Amazon return label indicated they would pack and ship all products).He said “sorry we don’t do that here, you would have to pay $5 for me to pack and label”.We drove 8 minutes to the Montclair UPS store where I was packed and shipped in 30 seconds with no issues and no additional cost.Definitely worth the extra 8 min drive to avoid the aggravation.
