The UPS drivers bring packages to my business, that belong somewhere else, and sign a fake name for who they left it with. They also refuse to pick up packages that need to be sent. When I call to complain, it is impossible to get in touch with anyone.

This is one of the friendliest shipping places that I've ever been to. They are fast and patient too. Very good people, if you need to drop something off and don't want to deal with the post office workers, I definitely recommend this place. I don't know the pricing guide because I use them for FedEx smart post/drop off. But it is a very simple and easy to do here. I've used this place a few times now. Try it out. The only real con that I have is just the parking can be a big issue because it shares a lot with the gas station. They're particular parking lot is very tight. So just be cautious when pulling in and pulling out. #twss

Love this place. Personally I'm busy so haven't come. My girl comes to drop off packages. You can literally drop off UPS, Fedex, DHL packages safes times, dnd so far I haven't had any issues all packages made it safe to its destination and I even drop off 34 x 24 x 26 size boxes.
