This place is AWESOME! Now I'm a guy who in my 42 years of life (28 of them driving) has historically avoided dealerships like the plague. Unique Auto Sales and Simon specifically has changed my tune. He was honest, straightforward, communicative, knowledgeable and just a cool guy. Add to this EXCELLENT prices, an included powertrain warranty I DIDN'T EXPECT, AND the whole process was quicker and significantly less painful (including title, temp tags, sale paperwork, etc.) than a trip to Walmart. I drove away EXTREMELY happy. I cannot recommend Unique Auto Sales enough. If you need a car, don't muck around, give em a call.

If I could rate this dealer a zero I would. I called to make a purchase today and they informed me that their certifiacion would cost me $5000 ontop of the advertised price. Granted this is a 2023 unit with 17000 miles. Tell me how that makes sense? It does not. When confronted with it they told me to read the disclaimer at the bottom and that they have to advertise the lowest price to get the customers attention. Horible horible customer service and business. Take your business elsewhere.

My mother bought a car here, but not long after a check engine light turns on. He said he'll fix it but keeps making up lies about the pieces being ordered. He says his mechanic told my mother about the pieces but my mother said his mechanic said they haven't ordered nothing, when I confront him about it he says his mechanic doesn't know, and he placed the order, so I asked if he notified my mother, he then hangs up on me and says I'm not gonna argue with you....completely unprofessional.( he keeps prolonging fixing the car, so as a result my mother can't pass inspection) the car is undrivable!

My dad and I bought a mini cooper today from Unique Auto Sales. Simon was our cars sales man and was very nice and honest. We got the car for a great price and the car is in great condition. I would 100% recommend buying a car from here to anyone!

My experience with this dealership was a pleasant one. The deal was done efficiently, quickly, and honestly. All cards where placed on the table. No negative surprises. In other words no BS. I will recommend this dealership. I came home with a great vechile. Simon is the individual who made everything happen smoothly. I 100% recommend this company. I started the process through text and was unable to make the trip to New Jersey to look or pick up the car. I ask for more pictures of the car, more so under it to make sure there was no rust (27 year old car). They were happy to send the extra pictures I requested. Once I got confirmation that this was the car for me the process was very smooth. They even helped with finding someone to ship the car from New Jersey to South Carolina. I had been checking on citizen shipper to find prices to ship the car, but the dealer had someone that did it for $100 less than what I found! Once the car came here it was everything I was looking for runs great and body is in good condition. The process all together took about 2 weeks from initial contact to getting the car.

I had high interest in one of their cars online. I reached out through email and waited a day for no response. I called the next day (friday) and was hung up on. I called back and they let it ring. I tried calling again on Monday and the guy picks up the phone and doesn’t say anything.
