Had an appointment to get my makeup done here before a wedding. They called me three hours before the appointment and cancelled with no explanation. When I asked if anyone else could take me, they said they were completely booked. Completely unacceptable and the offer for 10% off for future services is a joke.

This ulta is extremely disappointing. Actual shelf’s are very dirty, samples are never in the right place and I’ve come here multiple times and they never have the good colors in stock. It looks like they have a lot of options here but when you go to pick something to purchase they don’t have any inventory. I’ve been coming here for years and it’s just continued to go downhill. Also they don’t have any travel sized perfume vials anymore nor do they have any samples. Kind of frustrating and I’d advise going to another ulta or Sephora.

This ulta is the worst. People weren't friendly or accommodating. Jessica has no costumer service. She was also rude from the start.
Many other reps were just wandering or busy with themselves.
No thanks.

I went to benefit brow bar here and Kayla did my eyebrow wax. I had such a great experience, I got eye patches, and a face mask on my nose. She mapped out my brows before waxing so I was able to see the shape before she waxed them. They came out perfectly and Kayla took so much care to shape my brows to suit my face. Kayla is so sweet and friendly I felt so comfortable and she did a great job, I’d highly recommend coming here for eyebrow waxing!

Been going to Kayla for a couple of months now and honestly never looked back. My shape has held up so well and honestly keeps getting better every appointment. Kayla is truly so kind and loving. Makes you feel like it’s “girl time”every time you’re in her seat. Thank you Kayla for always making me feel beautiful and loved ❤️

Kayla is the best. The sweetest girl I’ve ever met. She is super kind and loving and really cute. Very Gentle and patient during my brow appointment. Would highly recommend you to go to her I can’t wait for my eyebrows to grow back so I can go back to her Was very calm and something I didn’t know I needed. And took care of me very well.

Ulta Beauty staff at this location names: Myril, Yasmeen and cashier Danielle are without a doubt are the most understanding, customer oriented people.
On Sunday we ordered online 2 gift items for friends that was visiting out of state. Item was picked up instore right before closing. After driving away from the store we realized the bag had only 1 item instead of 2 gifts we purchased .
I drove back to the store and arrived to the location 18 minutes after 6pm when they were already closed.
Myril, Yasmeen and Danielle was so understanding of the situation and kind
enough and let me enter the store even past the business hour. It appeared one of them item that was purchased online wasn't available (refund was received).
Myril also help me pick similar items to what we originally ordered and.
Thank you ladies for understanding. This is beyond a great services. Highly recommend this place to anyone

Britney is amazing! She’s super helpful and so so sweet to not just me but also my sister. We’ve only been to this Ulta twice but the fact that she remembered us just made us feel so special and she’ll be the reason we will keep coming back! Britney you are amazing and I can’t wait to try the products you recommend!
