Huge shoutout to Maria at Ulta in Clifton for a great haircut experience today! This was my mom's first cut outside the home in several years, because with her Alzheimer's, taking her for a haircut is tough. But Maria was wonderful! She was so patient, quick, and did a perfect job, all while being incredibly kind and professional. Maria made all the appropriate adjustments to ensure my mom was taken care of every step of the way. The extra support from her coworker and a customer who spoke with my mom made it even better. Thank you, Maria, and the Ulta team, for making a potentially challenging day so easy and positive. I'm glad that I stopped to ask about the appointment. We're so grateful! š„°

Went this morning - person at register so slow, line long (too busy chatting with everyone) I asked for manager but was ignored. Frequently out of stock of items . Employees arenāt familiar with some products, I ended up with wrong item. Will not go back other than to return wrong item.

What an AWESOME staff! I called before I visited this location a couple days and spoke with Carlos (Mgr) who was patient and helpful. I wanted a Sumer skin tint, but had no idea which worked best for me. Yani approached to help. She is just great! She took her time and helped me color match, offered me options without being pushy or overbearing. The cashier was also super friendly; I hate that I canāt remember her name. From the beginning to the end, this was a great experience. Iāll definitely be back!!

Carlos helped me with a happy return. And there was just a minimal wait. I also asked him about a perfume or cologne that I bought for my husband, which I thought was only purchased about three months ago and come to find that it was actually purchased in November, which is a good seven months ago . so my question was that I tried to return it about a week after I purchased it to my local Ulta and the person said that thereās no return on colognes or perfumes but rather if my husband just sprayed a little bit on his wrist and then didnāt touch it didnāt rub it in then the scent would change. While I was skeptical, I said OK so since thereās no return policy on the cologne, which I didnāt even check, I just took her word and then I went back home and told my husband. Itās still smelled very badly on him. It just did not mix well with his chemistry and I was traveling a lot and I just couldnāt be bothered doing anything with it until today when I thought to ask about it.. so I understand the return policy I get it. It was so pricey though at almost $300. I feel like Iām at such a loss with it. When I get back to my usual store, I will ask them to see if thereās anything at all that they could do for me.
Then I went to look in the store just peruse around to see what I can find and I purchased a lipstick and there was quite a few people that were very attentive and asked if I needed help, which I didnāt actually but Iām glad to see that there was so many people available
So ā¦. great customer service thumbs up šš¼.
Ps⦠I was able to use a coupon that was expiring in a day or so that gave me a little bit extra off of my purchase which was 10% off equaling approx $10 off ā Iāll take it š

Iāve witnessed very rude employees in the beauty service area in multiple encounters. First, when scheduling a hair appointment, the hair stylist was very rude and had a bad attitude when trying to make my appointment as if she didnāt want to do it. She was even rude to the employee scheduling me. I donāt want someone with a bad attitude touching my hair. I cancelled and went to another salon. Today I had very dismissive employees in the same department on the phone which makes me glad that I cancelled all my services here and will get them done by probably much nicer people

I have gone to this Ulta many times but this is my second time being helped by Britney!!! She is amazing!! She always knows how to solve my dilemma whether itās makeup or skincare problems. Britney knows her stuff very well and sheās very honest on what I need and donāt need. She made the whole experience wonderful!!! Never laughed so much in my life!!! Left the store super happy and will always come back looking for Britney!!
