The switch problem was not solved, and when they did my problem on the bike, he took other bikes and made them wait for 2 hours. And they didn't fix my bike, I don't recommend it.

Inexperienced workers here. A local bike shop is meant to be able to offer parts and services along with bikes, and there is an expectation of knowledge and skill. I came because my two inner tubes where not holding air up to 100PSI, They only held to 60. I was not sure if my pump was the issue, so I asked them to check the tubes. They told me "they are fine" then charged me 16 for "labor". No bike shop I have went to has ever charged me to check if some tubes are good until now. Secondly, I asked where they're floor pump was for use. They claimed they did not have one, and I asked for a gauge to see the PSI they left it at (felt like 50) and they did not have one. That is expected as a bike shop to have a pump. They fill tires based off "feel". I would recommend bike care, his skill, knowledge and compassion is much better. I came to him and he had no problem identifying the issue and replacing my tubes. To the owners- do better before you go out of business like this.

Let’s start off by saying how great there service is ,they are very attentive very friendly and waste no time when fixing or even replacing a tube which in my case I need a new tube and it was done with in 5 min tops ,amazing ! They also have a huge selection of bikes kids, teens, adults and old school type as well they also have a wall full of different accessories that you would use if you break down in the middle of a ride . The location is great there parking everywhere and easy to bring your bike In I highly recommend this place of business I’m happy my kids are happy thank you and keep up the great work !Make sure to support ya local and small business .

The dude that works in this business offered my daughter money to go to basement. Police were called. Parents do not send your daughter to this bike shop.

New management - just picked up my bike from a tune up and it looks brand new and rides awesome. It was also done in less than 24 hours which I appreciate.
