Negative 100 stars you guys are theifs and don’t pick up the phone u start blocking numbers when you just towed my car WAY BEFORE MIDNIGHT!!!! when the police call you guys then you want to pick up but when it’s a customer calling to find out if they car was stolen or towed they don’t pick up you guys do horrible jobs calling the BBB and more on you guys I’ll make sure this place goes down in business

Minus10 for this company. They tow my car and hold it for whole day because they are not open on Sunday but they are open to tow it In middle of the night. Thief body shop. Prey they don’t pick up your car you’ll wait to get it . Scammers

When you need to go to work and you’ve discovered your car is missing, it’s obviously going to cause a lot of stress. The last thing someone needs— is to call the company that took your car at the hours they are suppose to be open— and NO ONE ANSWERS. I must’ve called at least 80x before someone actually answered. If I could give you negative stars I would.If it is a police towing prepare to pay an arm and a leg ($270) and you need to get a release form from the police dept. Thanks to covid— you need to EMAIL the police and wait forever for them to send you the release form. If you don’t pick up your car the day of— it’s even more money the next day. You people are thieves and you make an already hard day even harder.
