So Annoyed, Everytime I come here I’m sitting here for 45 minutes to an Hour just to deposit a check. These tellers, all they do is talk and have people waiting. As you can see in the picture 2 tellers helping 1 customer as the branch has a line almost outside the door. This is so annoying. They need help .

Stay away no service provided at the end of the day I got what I wanted an new debit card from the Bloomfield location all you had to do was provide an new debit card too me when I was told no you lost I won simple. Assistant manager takes no responsibility made complaint about her to TD supervisor and also will be calling her manager next week along with TD on 3 way call next time help your customers don't hang up on them and lie. Help your customers don't make it an science project and be an robot.

Went for simple $300 deposit. Was asked for ID which they wrote down and SSN telling me it's some new policy. Asked for policy and was told it's internal and can't be provided. Somehow new rules come up without any notice. Last time this happened they had opened accounts under my name WITHOUT authorization and notice. I would definitely avoid and be VERY careful about my banking with them.

I made ann appointment for today, Sunday Oct 16th at this location because when I tried going after work I was told I had to wait my turn AFTER someone who came after me with an appointment. I went today for my 11:15am appointment only to be told that I had to wait for after the people that just walked in. I confirmed that they did not have appointment and asked to speak to a manager because I was told otherwise the last time I was here and was told there was no manager today. What kind of branch is this with no manager in and just changing how they handle things??? I left! Very disappointed in this branch!

The service is good, overall. I've opened multiple accounts for business and personal. This service seems to be a little slower (1hr+) but they print your card right away vs waiting 10 business days by mail. I've had help with wire transfers & the customer service is friendly & patient. I don't recommend coming here when you're in a rush - it's best by appointment.

Terrible branch, worst branch ever, they don’t let clients in, one employee only is handling the drive through for tons of clients, management don’t care about reviews or their clients.

PERSON NAME MANISHA (A.Branch Manager ) ALMOST KICKS YOU OUT INSTEAD OF HELPING. SHE IS VERY RUDE AND DISGUSTING THE WAY SHE TALKS AS SHE IS MAKING FUN. TD SHOULD NOT HAVE THESE TYPE OF PEOPLE WORKING AT THE TIME LIKE THIS .
