Called the other day 30 minutes before closing to ask about tmobile Tuesday cups, whoever picked up the phone was really nice and asked me to go and pick my cup up, when I went Malachi helped me with kindness and a smile. I'm forever thankful!

I would like to make a clarification and offer an apology for a negative review that was mistakenly provided to a T-Mobile representative Alex at the Clifton store. The service provided by Alex was exceptional, he was very helpful, patient and professional. He took his time explaining and providing the best customer service to my mom and I. Thank you for your great service and without any reservation I would highly recommend him. Once again, my apologies for the confusion. T-Mobile definitely has a phenomenal employee in you!!!!!

The customer service representative that assisted me Alex provided me with excellent customer service, he was very attentive, very kind and very patience and had all the answers to all my questions. I would highly recommend his service, and I will definitely recommend him to family and friends..

I have never seen such a bad attitude on an employee before. The first time Jasmine helped me she literally put things that I did not order on my account and had such a attitude problem for no reason as though she was annoyed to help you. After that I had so many issues with my bill that I decided to leave Tmobile after 10 years. When I went back to the store because I still had issues with my bill, I was talking to another gentlemen that worked there about a issue, she kept huffing and puffing and talking underneath her breath like I couldn’t hear her. She is so angry at the world and miserable. As a business owner with hundreds of employees I would NEVER ever allow that type of behavior and bad attitude. Ever since this store got renovated, the quality of staff there has plummeted. The staff is unprofessional constantly blasting loud rap music in there and talking to each other. I hope the owner is reading this because you really need to re-evaluate the management that is ruining your business.

I went into the store at about 7:30pm on a Tuesday night. Three associates were working, Chris (manager), Christian ( who assited me) and another gentleman who's name I didn't catch. I was switching my mobile service back to T Mobile and was in the store for a while. Christian was extremely helpful and patient. I was also impressed with how professional and helpful these men where with all the customers. Great job guys!
