Tom was great working with my car, had powder coat done to all my wheels OEM spec. Fixed bent wheel, curb rash, wheel powder coated perfectly, wheel balanced with weights put on all for a very affordable pricing in this area. Definitely recommend Static Coatings

I went to Tom after seeing all of his great reviews. I have a 2016 Porsche Macan and was looking to repair the wheels and get them refinished and powder coated with a new color. I chose a unique silver with a lot of shiny flakes in them and the wheels do not just look brand new, but they look better (and more unique) than they did from the factory. The total time from making an appointment to having my car was less than 3 days. I am really happy I chose to come here. Thank you!

I took my Model S wheels into Static Coatings to get powder coated after seeing work he did on my friend’s Model X wheels. Tom suggested a rich black graphite color, which has elevated the look of my Tesla. I am so happy with the work and the service from Tom and his team. I will recommend you to my friends.

Tom was really nice in checking my issue with the Tesla Model Y rear wheel tire which was deflating at a rapid place each day. The wheel was slightly deformed, so he suggested to have that fixed, and at the end of it if that did not work, it would be the tire that's the issue. Unfortunately, the issue got worse and the tire is deflating at an even more rapid pace. Out of pocket $ + issue getting worse was not exactly my end goal.

I'm so glad I discovered powder coating rims as an alternative to purchasing new ones. Tom and the Static Coatings team did an outstanding job on my Audi OEM rims. They fixed the curb rash from the previous owner and then coated the rims in gloss black.They even colored my center wheel caps black while leaving the logo chrome accent to complement the car trim. The aesthetics of the vehicle are transformed. High quality work, quick turnaround time, and very professional. Awesome job, thank you Static Coatings!

Tom did an amazing job! I attached before and after pictures of my OEM wheels, the color and application looks great and it was a quick turnaround! My wheels had severe damage that needed welding and it was done in 3 days.

Choosing Static Coatings for refinishing the wheels on our BMW was primarily based upon communication. After making preliminary phone calls to other shops and evaluating their responses, I eventually gave my business to Static Coatings in Clifton. Several earlier visits to Static Coatings were made prior to leaving our BMW with them. Once my appointment was made, I was then able to devote more time for choosing a powder coating finish. It was that first meeting that enabled me to trust Static Coatings with our vehicle. Their office staff were very transparent while explaining the various steps used in the wheel prep and powder coating process. All of my questions were answered in detail and I never felt rushed nor talked over during that initial meeting. Prior to remounting my Michelin tires, staff brought to my attention that a tear at the bead of one tire was causing a serious air leak. Clearly, this now became a safety issue. I would have to secure a replacement tire prior to the mounting and balancing of my tires. The shop agreed to hold our vehicle inside until I could return with a new replacement tire. Fortunately, I was able to purchase a new tire locally which I delivered to the shop. Within an hour, the shop crew had all four tires mounted, balanced, and reinstalled on the car. The refurbished wheels look great in Kingsport Grey with a clear coat. All imperfections and damage to the wheels had been removed and they all looked brand new. I highly recommend Static Coatings in Clifton for rim repair work including powder coating.
