“Columbia Self Storage(10 Kingsland Rd, in Clifton) is by far the best storage rental space I have used. I have 2 units there, the hours are great, access til 11pm. The rates are the best in the area. The entire building is very clean, well lit, the elevator feels safe, and the customer service is outstanding. Someone is always present at the location during business hours, and the phone is always answered. Raneisha, in particular, is so professional and helpful. When I was going through a rough patch, she helped me keep my payments on track, and saved me from excess fees.”

“Have a unit for over a year. The facility is well maintained and clean. The elevator always works, which is great. My one gripe is that there are no bathrooms. There is a Porta potty outside though.”
