We had the best experience ever!! The Schulgasser brothers were so nice and their employees worked so diligently. They were kind and efficient. Moving is a big deal and so many things must go right! It is the second time we are using the company and hope to use them again in the near future.

We had used Shulgasser movers in the past and were satisfied with our experience, so we made sure to book them when we moved again. However, this time we were extremely disappointed with their service and will never use them again! They folded our brand new $3000 mattress to get it upstairs (which only went up after unfolding) and ripped it up, which voided the warranty. They also banged up our vintage headboard and our dining room table. When we called to complain, they were not apologetic and would not refund any money. The most they offered to do was send someone out to “fix” our furniture (which is impossible). They never ended up sending anyone out and after about 6 months, we gave up. Honestly, we understand if accidents happen, but their total lack of customer service was unacceptable! I would NOT recommend using their service.

Every move Schulgasser Bros.has done for us has been a positive experience. They are reasonably priced and take care of your move efficiently and carefully. We highly recommend them for all moving needs.

I can go on and on about how amazing this company is, but I'll leave it at this: These guys are ethical, professional, efficient, quick, careful, and proud of their work. Their stellar reputation is well-earned. They will do their absolute best to ensure that your move is absolutely headache-free. I have already recommended them to two family members, and I will keep recommending. Fantastic job!
