On May 15th, 2022, I moved from my old house to my new house, **** originally quoted me $750, loaded the truck and when they arrived at my new house they refused to unload my belongings unless I paid them $1,383 via Zelle and I mistakenly overpaid the driver ************************* via ***** and called ***** the owner to return the balance owed to me and he wouldnt answer the phone until twenty calls and three days later. He claimed I was harassing him. It wasnt until I contacted my lawyer he gave me my money back. I had to contact my lawyer in order for them to refund my money. Soon there after the owner ***** called me and said, I was a n***** from the back of the bus, and thats why he doesnt do business with *******. I will be filing a police complaint because no one deserves to be treated in this manor. I WARNING EVERYONE NOT TO DO BUSINESS WITH RIP OFF AND RACIST!

I dealt with a broker to find movers and they connected me with this company. They were prompt and efficient. The movers followed instructions well and helped me put together some furniture. Great work.

I hired this company to move my belongings from Massachussets to Florida. The services that I requested were for a full pack and move. I paid the deposit but started packing my own belongings early as this isn't my first rodeo. The only room I left for them to pack was the kitchen. The day of the move, they showed up late without a single box or a piece of wrapping material. I should have known that it would be downhill from there but I had an entire trip across the country hinging on my ability to vacate my apartment that day. I had a few boxes laying around that they started to use as they put all of my dishes into one box WITH NO WRAPPING! They did go to Home Depot to get a pack of boxes which took two hours but that wasn't enough so they also ended up digging boxes out of my garbage which I guess was fine since they just threw everything together and things spilled all over anyways. They also left two cupboards worth of dishes behind so I now have no lids to any of my glass storage containers which is fun. Several random things are missing like shelves from my 400lb entertainment center, screws from my desk (they "reassembled" it in my new place so I didn't notice for a couple of weeks) and the bracket that holds my adjustable mattress in place. They leg broke a leg off of my wooden end table (the guy put a screw in it as a "fix" upon arrival). I have been trying to reach the company since and can't get a call back although their "office manager", Roselyn, can't seem to stop pocket dialing me with her boyfriend in the background cussing up a storm (who is one of their drivers).My daughter also hired this company to move from Mass to Wisconsin. We shared a home in Mass so it seemed appropriate to use the same company. It has been over six weeks and, not only has she not received her items, she cannot get anyone to even call her back.I used Angie's list to find this company. Whatever you do, RUN!!!!!!!!!!I have moved around a lot over the years for my job. My last move included a household full of broken furniture (like every single piece of furniture I owned was damaged). This experience is coming in with a close second given how ghetto and unprofessional this company has been. RUN!!!! fast and far!

Scammers with expired DOT license operating under this name and Green Van Lines who steal and damage the items they claim to move.They also run a scam with the tariff where they will verbally tell you that your items are fully covered when you hire them. They will instruct you to sign a waiver on the Bill of Lading on pickup in a huge rush so you don’t have time to process what you are doing. This scam leads to 60 cents per pound in coverage.Yes, your 100 pound and $2000 tv is now worth $60 in coverage.If you do get your stuff, most items will be broken and boxes opened and rifled through for valuables.These scammers are costing honest people thousands of dollars in damages and lost items, emotional distress and aggravation, and time.

It is hard to find a firm that will do partial loads so I was pleased that they would do that. Roselyn was very helpful and professional but the rest of the firm was not. They were to pick up my furniture in MA from storage and deliver it to SD. I provided them a listing of the items to be retrieved, but they failed to pick up a mattress and box spring. When the delivery was made, I asked where the missing items were and the driver said they delivered everything that was on their list and that was true. I contacted Roselyn and explained the problem; she said she would contact the foreman of the job and have him call me. When we spoke he said he noticed that there wasn't a box spring and mattress even though it was on the list and he asked about it; he said the folks at the storage place spent a half -hour looking them and couldn't find them so he left without them. It was a lie. Security footage showed they moved the items from the storage area to their loading area and never moved them from there to their truck. When I told them what had really happened, the owner said he would look into it and get back to me. He never did. I made several attempts to contact him but to no avail. Finally, I said I would take action if they didn't get back to me and Roselyn called me but 3 minutes into the call, she said there was an emergency and she would call me back as soon as it was taken care of. She never called back.I made arrangements with the storage folks to transport the items to a local shelter for battered women that I had donated to before.This back-and-forth took over a month. The malfeasance of this company was far from their advertised information about great customer service. I would not use them again and suggest others should not use them.

SCAM. Stay FAR AWAY from this company. First of all, they promised me a shipment within 5-9 days of my First Available Shipment Date (which was 8/3/2020). When the shipment did not arrive on time, my point of contact was their "Operations Manager" (Roselyn) who 1- is never at the office, 2- never has your shipping information in front of her, 3- never returns your calls, and 4- will often decline your calls. Roselyn simply would tell me every day to try her back at 4pm when she would 1- be in the office, and 2- have the information from their drivers, but then not answer the phone and never call me back. I was also supposed to get a call from the owner who also never called me. In the midst of all of this, their company's phone line is now disconnected so the only point of contact that I have for my belongings is this Roselyn character, who has stopped picking up my calls. I was only able to get in touch with her today through another contact's phone; once again, "I am not in the office, please call me in 15mins." We will see what happens. I believe this to be a FRAUDULENT company, and I am almost certain that my belongings have been STOLEN at this point. We are more than 21 BUSINESS DAYS past the latest delivery date. My moving date was moved up and they were flexible with quick responses.The moving team was a pleasure to work with. they were efficient, professional, and made sure that everything was done well. Roselyn shes amazing thank you for all your help Wow! I never write reviews but I was so pleasantly surprised with this company. I have used several movers over the years and somehow always ended up getting scammed into paying more the day of the move..but not with Certified! The price given to me at my free in-home estimate was the price I payed on the day of the move...actually they finished an hour earlier than anticipated so I ended up paying even less. I used that money to give the guys extra tip because they were so careful and courteous the whole move. Will be recommending to my friend who is moving next month!

We are in the middle of our first snow storm of the season and the man with royal nj moving were fantastic to work with through the bad weather. They were helpful and professional. They also moved everything faster than expected would highly recommend them especially for a office furniture move which is what we use them for. thanks for the whole crow

The movers were fantastic they moved quickly and carefully it’s hard these days to find a moving company that meets your needs and it’s professional like royal nj moving and transportation they were gentle with all of my furniture, glasses , and TVs not much supervision was needed because they know exactly what they were doing ! I would recommend it 10/10

I am still recovering from this horrible experience! Don’t do it!! Dam Pierce couldn’t be nicer on the phone. He convinced me that he could quote me a lower price because they shipped several loads In the same large trailer. Made sense to me, and I was assured that everything would be carefully packed and labeled and that he would be present at delivery to ensure that all was well. Nothing could be further from the truth. First, the truck arrived 2 days early in the middle of a snowstorm. When they came back and packed up my furniture I was told that the price I was given was not correct and that it actually doubled. I called Sam and he said he would check into it but never did anything about it. Next, although I was told that the driver would be in contact with me to arrange a delivery date, I heard nothing for days. When my furniture was delivered there was no checking of the boxes being delivered. The driver, Johnny Thompson and his helper just carried the stuff in, piled up the boxes and placed the furniture. Although he said he would attach the headboard to the bed frame, he did not. While unwrapping a marble tabletop, apparently noticed that the corner was broken off and placed it so that I wouldn’t notice. One of the glass shelves to my curio cabinet was broken by the helper placing it haphazardly. I discovered that my TV was damaged when the cable company came to set it up.I am missing several items including an antique side chair. Someone has at least one or two boxes that belong to me. To add insult to injury, the driver asked for a gratuity when he was leaving! I let Royal NJ know and I was told they would put in a claim for me. I have heard nothing from them and don’t expect to hear from them again. Do yourself a favor and go with a local moving company. I wound up paying what I would have paid a local mover who would have loaded just my belongings on their truck and delivered them to my new home. This was a long distance move and I know now that I made a big mistake trying to save money. I didn’t save anything and I lost quite a bit. Don’t believe anything a broker tells you. They’re just put to get your business. Hard lesson learned. I just want to save anyone else from having the same experience.

I really needed to move as soon as possible and i got a call from ROSELYN ,she said I know moving is stressful but let me guide you and make it as easy as possible for you. she ask me what I have and she said to me give us the opportunity to help you .and guess what is was the best thing I did for my move .she said no worries we will take good care of your goods and I guarantee you that you will be happy .sure enough it was smooth the crew she send was amazing and very professional .I will use them every time I move she was there from the start to the end mos definitely use them again the best part she new I have a new born ,and she went out of her way to make sure that we got our stuff very fast thank you ROSELYN For all your help very impressive...
