Mike the pharmacist is the most helpful guy- he is genuinely happy to help with any of my moms prescriptions and he never changes! I keep my moms prescriptions here not for price but because if there is any problem with her rx- Mike is always willing to step in and resolve if need be.

Clean store. Pharmacy staff rude, specifically a couple pharmacy technicians and a head pharmacist who never follows up as promised multiple times Last time I use this pharmacy.

I was trying to purchase a medication but the customer service was bad and she said I can’t purchase that medication without id although I said I can provide a photo of my id and she refused that and that medication doesn’t even need any id because it’s for flu she’s unprofessional

Rite Aid at 1366 Clifton Avenue, Clifton, NJ is hot! It's just awesome there! Everyone in the pharmacy is great. Deborah T., Michael Both, Marisol and everyone else is just...fabulous! They always make sure your prescriptions are ready on time and they're really nice. I especially like the company Michael Both uses to order medication. I don't know what company that is, but it works for me.

While the pharmacy is wonderful, they have locked rest rooms for customers, even though many of their long-term ones are older and have difficulty walking. In addition, the company has filed for bankruptcy so many of my neighbors and friends have switched over to CVS, Walgreens and other drug stores, assuming the store will not be open for long.I was waiting to switch but after seeing that nothing has changed regarding basic services for customers, have done the same - found the prices to be lower and accessibility to rest rooms fully open.
