I went for an oil change, a month ago. I am going to do a repair today with my mechanic and he discovers that it has very old oil and the filter is old and was not changed either. I do not recommend this place to anyone.Service: Oil change

Update....they didn't forget to put the dip stick back in ....it was broken and down in the tube ....That made it interesting to get out the remnants of the stick...Like I said that was my Last Visit to Rapid Lube

I've been going to this place since I have gotten my acura tsx for an oil change. Long story short my car has been giving me low oil issues. I went to change my oil with them two weeks ago and my car started screaming there was no oil in the car. I checked my dipstick and the little bit of oil left was BLACK AND THICK. this should never happen when you have new oil in you car. I took my car to kearny auto spa today (two weeks after original oil change at rapid lube.) and they showed me my filter and oil. MY OIL WAS NEVER CHANGED BY RAPID LUBE all they did was reset my car and kept it pushing. DO NOT LET THEM TOUCH YOUR CAR!Service: Oil change

I asked for the price of semi synthetic oil change and the man would not tell me the price. He insisted on selling me a synthetic oil change - I did not want a synthetic oil change so I left.He lost a long time customer from this.
