Window was ready for install 1 day after ordered and install was excellent

Excellent experience with this company. I had a quarter size chip on my windshield and I called to schedule a repair. They came to my job location within the hour after the call. Marcos, the tech, was friendly and did outstanding work. The repair took about 20 minutes and the results was way better than I expected.
I had experience with a chip windshield in a previous car which was repaired by a nation wide glass company. Their price and work did not come nowhere close to Premier Auto Glass. I definitely would recommend!!

Absolutely awesome! Friendly and easy to schedule and the work was outstanding. I spent more time waiting for the urethane to cure (it was raining and I wanted to be sure) than it took the guys to replace my windshield. Getting the work done at their shop in Fairfield was a great decision - close for me and I am sure it simplified the work for them. Thank you for a great experience!

After a disappointing experience with Safelite who failed to show up, I gave Premier a call for a chip in my windshield. There was a tech on-site at my place of work in Morris County less than an hour after I called. The tech was thorough, professional & did an excellent job. I'm happy to recommend Premier & I'll be giving them a call for any future needs.

The major glass company SafeL*** wasted 2 of my days after not having my glass, and not giving me a heads up until showing up for appointments. Out of desperation, I gave a Google search to see other local auto glass places. Premier auto glass was able to get me in the same day and even guided me through having my claim transferred from one shop to theirs. Service done quickly and communication was excellent. Would highly recommend to anybody

I was going to give this vendor a negative review at first because the price quoted wasn't being honored. However the quality of work was superior in every way. I could not understand the disconnect. Great work but trying to stiff me. The work orders were for another vehicle. Owner quickly called and resolved the issue. Fair price and quality work. This makes sense and you will receive both at this establishment. Mistakes can happen. He quickly fixed things and I will bring my company cars to him when I need service.
