Girl in the front Ana Maria has an attitude and there’s also a two bank teller that was Mediterranean that was completely nasty also to me and my mother and mom has been there and client of theirs for over 40 years. There was another person Priscilla she was absolutely amazing I cannot recommend her enough so if anyone’s going there for help, Priscilla is the person to go to.

You need to hire efficient young people for Tellers positions. Some Tellers are very very very slow ...take long time..to deposit

Awful service. Came in to open checking account 30 minutes before closing they told me to come tomorrow and made me appointment. Came in for my appointment and no one helped me for 10-15 minutes of me standing in the bank.

This is my second time going to this bank and both were awful. First time I went to withdraw $4,000 from my checking account and had to wait over 30 min for them to review my account, then teller asked me why I need the money, I then asked to speak to one of the manager which wasn't so helpful. Yesterday, I went to deposit a check under my name and was refused because they wanted me to deposit into a business account because of tax reason "Insane". I then went to another PNC branch and was able to deposit the check. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THIS BRANCH AGAIN.

Worse pnc bank they always settings down doing nothing i just want to close my box every time they told me i need an appointment i finish work late during the week weekend i have to bring my whole family to the bank come one i spend with the manager jannet 25 min just explaining to me how hard to do that without appointment closing an existing box that i can't close it only on the same branch such a shame really it's time to live after 17 years on pnc

I came here to get a roll of quarters. I do not currently have a bank account with anyone, and I needed quarters to do some laundry. The teller asked if I have an account with them. When I told her I didn't, she acted like giving me a roll of quarters would be a giant hassle for her. She said "I'll do it this time as a courtesy, but I hope you'll consider banking with us in the future." I would never make an account with this bank simply due to her tone. Chase bank has never asked me if I have an account with them when I ask for a roll of quarters. When I create an account, I assure you I'll be creating one with Chase.

I've been with PNC for more than 25 years even before becoming pnc and I always used the Allwood road branch, today I stop at this branch and the service is terrible, the two ladies on the desk with heavy accent, are so rude and unprofessional, recommended the Allwood branch and you'll see the difference in customer service.

So disappointed. Went in for a personal loan for my debt. My major credit card check was may payable to the wrong debtor and amount. I told them to fix it and he through his hands on the desk like, your going to have to start the whole application over. He didn't even ask me questions to make sure any of the payment information was correct. Had to fill in the account numbers and address on each check and send them out myself. In the year of 2021 where everything can be done on the computer and printed out once, why double do the work? I blame this solely on cooperate. Lack of training and confidence. Plus he left the door open in the room so anyone on the platform could hear any questions I did ask him. Also picked up a personal call in the mist of signing my paperwork. Should have went with another bank.
