I went in with my daughter so that she can get her nails and toes polished. They werent busy and one of the ladies just looked at me when i stated what i was in for, she simply shook her head no and said sorry and continued to do someones nails. I asked if it was because they were busy...didnt get a response and asked what time they open in the morning. She told me the time and then ignored me . Horrible customer service l will never go back there!!! She could have simply said, we arent taking anyone else at the moment and you can come back at another time. Not to mention they were closing in 2hrs and were not packed!!!!! It does not take long to just get nail polish put on nails and toes for an 11 year old.
