I dislike trying on clothes! Once Upon a Skirt made it such a wonderful visit start to finish. My shopping experience was made personal and the girls are all so attentive. Olivia was professional, sweet, and patient choosing pieces for me to try on. I left with a perfect outfit for an event that fit like a glove, and a few more pieces. I'm huge for customer experience, and was thoroughly impressed with the staff. They have beautiful and unique clothing options with fantastic quality. A true upscale, boutique shopping experience. I look forward to my next event, because Once Upon A Skirt will be my only stop!

Great quality, cute clothing! I’m very short & everything fits me well here. Whenever I get compliments on my outfits, it’s usually from once upon a skirt. Staff is super friendly too!

Sarah the manager is super sweet and helpful! I ordered a blazer and shorts set for an upcoming vacation and was accidentally sent the wrong color. I wanted to see if they were able to get me the correct color and time which they were but unfortunately I wouldn’t have been able to get it in time for my trip. So while I was away on my trip they so kindly send me the correct color and a return label for the wrong color. I ended up wearing the wrong color of the set and liking it so much that I wanted to keep both colors to have. I called the store today to inform them that I was going to be keeping both sets and I need to pay for one of them. Sara was so nice and helpful and was able to take care of everything for me without any issues. I will definitely be shopping here more often even though I have been a customer for a while now I definitely will be purchasing more ! Thank you so much- Melanie Gibson

Such an amazing store! The costumer service here is unmatched. I lost a ring in the store and the ladies did everything they could to find it. They took down my name and number, asked for a description, and the minute they found it they called me with so much excitement. Not to mention how cute the clothes is. Every time I come in there is a new selection and more items to look through. Love it!

This was my first time shopping at this store and the girl who helped me and I wish I can remember her name was amazing. She asked me where was I going and what I was looking for. I came out with 2 beautiful dresses and a pair of heels.

Don’t even try to shop here if you’re not a size 0. The larges are tiny, everything is completely overpriced, & the girls who work there are rude af. When I walk in there, it’s like I don’t exist. When I walk in with friends, my friends are always helped & asked if they need a fitting room & I’ll be carrying a bunch of clothes & I don’t even get acknowledged. Most likely because my friends are skinny & I’m curvy. Today was the last time I’ll ever go back in there. Such a negative atmosphere. Go to Windsor instead.

I love this store & their employees ???? I had a bad day home bc I accidentally spilled makeup remover on my original dress, so I went here. Explained the situation to the girls & they were a kind all so kind to help me pick out a dress meanwhile I was in the fitting room trying out everything they gave me. I can not thank them enough bc they all got me out In less than 30 mins.
