This company is borderline running a scam. My car was towed early in the morning in perfect condition. It was only after I picked up my car that I realized that my car was damaged. I was not aware of these issues when I was told to "sign and pay up." After realizing that my car had damaged from the towing, I called over 5 times where I was repeatedly yelled at and berated by employees and the owner who accused me of running a SCAM ON THEM! They said all of these damages were magically caused by driving 3-5 minutes from their lot. The owner said that if I had realized there were issues before driving away I could have talked to them about it. When in reality I was simply told to sign without even being given the opportunity to check for damages. I cannot believe the police department calls this scam of a business for towing.

Hello everyone, my name is Robert with a MB movie and storage at Garfield, New Jersey. This is gonna be a very weird review for the simple reason. That Nicoletti impounded my truck And to be honest, they went above and beyond. Because my truck was not able to start. They let me leave it there overnight. Danelle was very kind and very professional. I thank them much and this is very strange from a person being impoundedTruck My truck wouldn't start and shw was kimd enough to let me leave the truck overnight at no additonal cost to me. Hats off to the company.

I called for price. From Clifton. Bloomfield Ave .. to paterson river st..they said .$245. !!!!all oher place were$ 95 to $140 . I whas speechless....

Dishonest untrustworthy, a bait and switch operator. They exploit you when you are most vulnerable, when your car is disabled. Do not trust especially if they show up on the garden state parkway, call for another tow company. It will be well worth your wait.Services: Battery service

My car was in need of a towing service from a no-fault accident. I did not have a choice in what towing company to use. They just showed up! My car was in need for repairs and stayed on their lot until another towing company picked up the car to the repair shop. This towing company is closed on the weekends so they can accumulate storage fees on the car. It took close to a week for the vehicle release form to be email to them. How convenient! This is terrible! How dare you taking advantage of people's wallets especially during a pandemic!Service: Car towing

Had an excellent experience with Donnie from Nicolette today. Had to be towed off the Parkway. He was calm and very professional. Made a stressful situation almost pleasant. Thank you Donnie!!!!
