Worst customer service in Clifton on Allwood road.Waited 5 minutes in line at the drive thru 2 cars behind me only 1 lane open 1:00 pm. When I pulled up to window I could see the other teller sitting on her chair scrolling on her phone she decided her phone was dirty so she cleaned it with tissue.No reason why she couldn't open the other lane and wait on the customers.I voiced my opinion to the lady who took my deposit. She stated the other women was only taking care of people that came inside ,which at this time was no one. If you can't multitask you shouldn't work at a bank. The tellers never greet you at the drive Thru when you pull up or even say have a good day when your done with your transaction. I bank at TD, Spencer, and nova credit union, tellers are all friendly and cheerful.

Cynthia Torato is extremely unprofessional. She trays customers with arrogance careless. I felt she wanted to kick me out of the branch when I was asking to open a new business account. On the other hand James the other account manager is very accommodating and professional

Worst bank ever, takes my deposited check 14 days to clear, customer service is horrible, never dealt with any issues like I have here with any other bank only reason why I chose this bank cause it was down the street from me and my other banks were a bit farther. I never write any comments down or ever rate but I'm really pissed off with this bank. First time I deposited my first check they made a mistake n made the deposit twice which took longer for me to clear. Very very disappointing!!! Definitely not a happy customer never was, I'm canceling my account with you guys!!

I am a senior citizen and I received my monthly bank statement and noticed that I had not received any interest on my money. I had always counted on the interest on my savings to live which was a couple hundred a month for living expenses. I called M&T bank who told me they had changed the interest rates and lowered my rate since they took over from Hudson County Bank. I said why wasn't I informed and they said its its printed on the bottom of my statement. I said but your telling after I have lost over $600.00 in interest. Their answer was Yea we know! This is why they need to put more controls on our banking system. These heartless bankers could care less about our senior citizens. SHAME ON YOU B & T BANKS.!!!
