Sadly, although I know they are no longer a Rolex authorized dealer, I bought my $10,000 watch from them in 2015 and needed to have it resized. Rolex authorized dealers do not charge for resizing, however when I went to Morre Lyons they charge me $25 before I even realize they were no longer an authorized dealer and I did buy my watch from them. I will never go back.

I have so many gorgeous pieces from here! The owner Linda and everyone else there are so welcoming and helpful!!!! You can tell they are loved by the town of Clifton and all of their clients!!!

The man who adjusted my watch for me was really helpful and did a great job. On the other hand, the lady with the short blonde hair who rung me up at register was RUDE!!! She kept sighing after every interaction we had and ruined my experience. How disengaged from the world does someone have to be to realize you can’t speak to customers like that? No one is forcing you to work there lady.

If I could give this jewelry store a zero star I would. Karen and Linda are extremely rude and unsympathetic individuals. My fiancé brought a ring that has been passed down to me to get cleaned and remove a stopper prior to our engagement. However, the ring needed to be bigger so I brought it back to Morré Lyons. I went to the store on a Wednesday and they fitted me for a larger size. When I asked if it will be ready tomorrow Karen responded with "maybe" and I said what about Friday, Karen then responded with "it should be, is there something special you need it for". I explained I am going on vacation and I would like to wear my ring on vacation. Linda chimed in with "why would you want to wear it on vacation". I became very upset at this point and it showed on my face. Karen then said to me, "what are you going to do? Cry about it. You will be fine".After going back to the store on Thursday I found the Jeweler BROKE 2 prongs on my ring and it needed to repaired. I went back Friday and they claimed they "fixed it" not even a week later the diamond FELL OUT. There were many other unprofessional events that followed this interaction. Including involving family members and then proceeding to lie about it. I would not recommend Morré Lyons jewelers to anyone.

I absolutely love this store . I found it when I needed some links taken out of my Michelle watch and I ended up buying a cute ring. The variety of jewelry is a plus but the reason I drive 40 mins here instead of going somewhere else is the superb customer service & the owner is such a funny sweet lady . I already sent two friends there.

I wouldn't recommend a jeweler better than Morre Lyons! They created my absolute dream engagement ring and were so kind and patient when my fiancé and I went to look a few months ago. They took their time and went over so many options with us and explained everything in such detail. Here you are treated like family! We will definitely be back soon to look for wedding rings!

Linda is the greatest. She’s such an amazing and welcoming person. I stopped by to get my Rolex resized, and she did a fantastic job (from communicating to me her plan of action to quickly making several adjustments to ensure that it fit right with me).We also have things in common her son and husband share the same name as me ?.
