I regret getting my sim from this particular place. The guy sounded rude and didn’t know what he was about. First said my phone couldn’t read a SIM card, which is false because I currently have a T-Mobile sim in same phone.So he goes ahead to sell me a metro e-sim but on my first bill payment, I discover he didn’t input my surname correctly. This was not a mere mistake, he was nonchalant about his whole service to me.He set up my account with an 8 digit code and didn’t tell me either.It’s like he didn’t like me from the first meeting and decided to mess me up. He stored my name as Samuel L.Because of him I switched to a different provider

Chris is absolutely amazing. I wish I could say that about the other gentleman. I went to pay a bill and it was higher then normal so I said take the insurance off I don't need that.. He said u gotta go to the main store I asked for directions... He gives me a number on Broadway in Paterson. I said I need directions then he said in a ignorant voice I just gave it to you. I said you gave me a number of a building I DO NOT HAVE GPS!!! MY PHONE IS NOT WORKING. AS I STORMED OUT OF THE STORE. HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND THE CONCEPT OF DIRECTIONS NOT A BUILDING NUMBER. A BUILDING NUMBER IS GREAT IF U HAVE ACCESS TO A GPS, I DID NOT AT THAT POINT. HE ASSUMED I HAD GPS AND GAVE ME A ATTITUDE WHEN I ASKED HIM A SECOND TIME FOR THE DIRECTIONS. NOT LIKE I HAD ALL THE TIME IN THE WORLD TO GO LOOK UP THE BUILDING NUMBER AND GET DIRECTIONS. MY GPS Wasn't WORKING. BUT HE INCOMPETENT APPARENTLY. AND THATS MY NUMBER ONE STORE I GO TO BECAUSE OF CHRIS AND THEN THIS PERSON COMES OUT OF NO WHERE. MAYBE IF HE LOST THE ATTITUDE I KNOW EVERYTHING PERSONA AND COME DOWN TO EARTH A LIL BIT IT MIGHT WORK FOR HIM. AND HE TRIES TOO HARD. WELL LETS SAY IF I SEE HIM WORKING I WILL NOT GO INTO THE STORE I WILL SIMPLY WAIT FOR CHRIS OR IF ITS AN EMERGENCY I WILL GO TO ANOTHER LOCATION. ID RATHER NOT DEAL WITH HIS ROODNESS AND IGNORANCE. CHRIS IS ? AND SO POLITE WITH CUSTOMERS AND TAKES HIS TIME MAKING SURE THEY UNDERSTAND EVERYTHING. CHRIS IS THE BEST AND THATS THE ONLY REASON YOU ARE GETTING 5 STARS!!
