I had a terrible experience at this MetroPCS location. I went in just to transfer my number from my old phone to a new one, and the employee told me there was a $40 fee to do it in-store. He said I could call customer service instead, but they would still charge me $30. He didn’t seem like he even wanted to be working this day, and honestly, it felt like he was just making up prices.
I decided to check out another MetroPCS store, and I’m glad I did. The staff there helped me quickly and only charged me $20.
It really seems like this store is just trying to squeeze as much money as possible out of customers, and unfortunately, a lot of people probably won’t even realize they’re being overcharged. Avoid this location at all costs! There are better MetroPCS stores that will treat you fairly.

Reading the latest reviews, I also do not recommend this store, and especially one of the sellers, I do not know his name, because for some reason he does not have a badge. There are scammers working here, be careful, when you come here, problems may arise, for example, my friend connected additional lines without his permission, and took money for it, and once refused to give me a receipt for installing a SIM card, and took 35 dollars.
I also want to draw your attention to the fact that the sellers of this store write reviews on your behalf. Be careful when giving your phone to these people.

I bought 2 SIM cards for my cell phone and they gave them to me damaged. I called the Metro company and they told me to go back to the store so they could help me with the problem and the guy just said that it wasn't his problem and that he would charge me for them again. VERY BAD SERVICE

I want to metro to fix my phone that guy said he not fixed my phone because my phone is super cheap my phone is a15 that's discrimination not only that he talk very badly with my son I have 11 years with metro by t mobile very bad service 😡😡😤😤👎👎👎
