The customer service is great nothing more i could ask for from a halal butcher shop, it is way better here than the location i used to go to their meat was questionable to me but i havent had the feeling here..”

“Finding a good hot dog/sausage is much harder than you would think. This place is a good solution for that. It's a little stand outside of a butcher shop. There is a line basically all of the time. Is it earth shattering? No. But if you want a brat and want it grilled up nicely, this is your place. Kielbasa is $10. It's huge, pretty good but skip it for something else like the brat. The brat is $4. Worth it.”
“I cannot express how grateful I am that I found this deli! I live in Parsippany and work out of newark. Whenever I want to get a good kosher pastrami sandwich, I always had to drive to kosher nosh in Teaneck! Well that’s over. I found this place and I couldn’t be happier. They even had the calves feet bones that I have been searching for , for over a month to make my grandmas old school p’tcha. They gave me time and a gentleman helped I told him I didn't quite need the plans posted but wanted to come up with my own. “This store is really special, and has easily grown into one of my top three favorite spots in Montclair. It certainly has the feel of days gone by in all the best of ways. The food is fresh, they have an immaculate menu of sandwiches (and this includes for vegetarians!) and ready-mades. They also have a really fantastic, specialized selection of dried pastas, snacks, sauces, jams, etc. My husband and I went for the first time earlier this month and we were really blown away by this gem. The staff and (who I presumed to be) the owner are courteous, clearly work hard, and are friendly. I asked for several different sandwiches, half a pound of their homemade turkey breast, and some premades, and it seemed to be during a rush hour. I had a question about their selections, and while the staff that was helping me didn't know the answer, she didn't blow over it and instead made sure to check with the owner. This was in the middle of rush hour and there was a strong and consistent line of people; the owner, in spite of all the running around and multitasking, made sure to get me an answer and responded in such a kind and friendly way. It really made me nostalgic for more specialty stores that are run by actual people instead of a generic, mass marketed, one stop capitalist shop. Truly, Rosario's reinforces the ideology of 'shop local.' Highly recommend!”

“Great fresh food, seniors get a 10 % discount on Tuesdays, except holiday weeks. Butcher cut meat- expensive but worth it, deli- has great salads, and hot foods, homemade dinners, their macaroni and cheese is great, chocolates are eaten quickly, cheese dept has every kind just ask if u don't see, but their donuts which are 3.25 each are too expensive but friend loves their boston cream for a treat once in awhile. Fish dept the best. Get a coffee walk around. Real gourmet..or cater your next party..worth it..they have it all!”

Grabbed lunch - ordered The Naples sandwich: Chicken cutlet, imported prosciutto, fresh mozzarella, broccoli rabe, roasted peppers, extra virgin olive oil and balsamic vinegar. The bread was awesome (this usually makes or breaks a great sandwich). Everything was fresh, clean, and delicious. Owner & his wife were super friendly. Their stuffed breads were cut in half; they were stuffed to the max. I can't wait to return & try other things here! Purchased some fresh mozzarella & some treat for home too.”

Meats, cheeses and cold cuts are top quality. They also have hot food which is way better than in most Polish restaurants in the area. Selection includes soups and desserts.
