I don't want to go in detail about the neglect in listening to patients, but just plain horrible. Go somewhere else where they support and listen to owner concerns.

I've been taking my eldest Lab there since January 2021 and never had a problem with staff or other clients until earlier today when I was here for my other Labs's start of rehab. I took the elevator to the first floor to pay my dog's bill and there was an idiot standing at the counter, holding his dog's leash without turning around and seeing that his dog was blocking my dog Lab from moving forward. Then I walk to the counter to pay and there was a guy with two French Bulldogs. It was like a scene out of New Jack City, with this guy unable to control these two ankle biters and one making more of a ruckus than the other. I was concerned because they had a sign on the door asking clients to call ahead before coming in to prevent crowding in the waiting area. My worst fears were soon realized when they disappeared into a waiting room and then a few minutes later, one of the FB's came running out, straight for my Black Lab. I panicked and pulled him away because I didn't want this unsocialized dog near my Lab. I said some things in anger and the guy got in my face and I lambasted him. I was asked to leave and then learned I was fired. That scumbag never apologized for his dog's behavior and none of the staff apologized, asked if my boy was OK or helped me pick him up. Instead, they cut me off and it doesn't hurt me, it hurts my dog. I WILL make damn sure they don't get away with this. Don't take your dog or cat here because they'll turn on you, as they did my dog because of what I said. The vet tech staff that was on duty was absolutely reprehensible and left much to be desired. When I started taking my eldest Lab there, it wasn't like this.

Big rip off! I brought my 2 cats for an annual check up. One of my cats has runny eyes, I wanted the vet Becky to check her eyes. She told me that my cat's eyes were all ok and there was nothing to worry about. About over a month later, my cat's eyes got worse and I wanted to have a follow up visit. I was charged for a full exam although it was a follow up visit ( she told me that after a month later, I have to pay for a full exam fee- she could've treated my cat's eyes when I first brought up the issue- not a month later). I came home and was reading the medicines she gave me( I was not even explained if I could buy the medicine outside) I realized that I was charged $78 for a $12 eye drop! And $39.90 for a supplement that is actually a $12 Never going back to this place again!

Called to bring my dog in to get her nails cut which woukd take 5 minutes and was told they are not taking new clients in. Hard to understand how an animal hospital would not be taking in any new clients. Shows how much they care about helping animals.

Thank good for these kind people. I have taken my youngest dog prior for initial immunization. They were kind enough to accommodate me this morning due to puppy emergency. We were in and out within 15 minutes. My accommodating and kind.

I would like to share my worst experience. Since this is our first puppy we were looking for some reviews and choose Vally Hospital even though it is the most expensive (Since a lot od other vet offers free first check up)..After making and appointments on 1/11 for 1/29 no one ever called us to confirm the app nor emailed us. On 1/29 at 11 43 am I called to make sure that my app is still good for 12 pm i since we didn't receive any confirmation .talk to Melissa and confirmed it was stil o .We arrived at the hospital at 12 10 pm,to learned that our app was canceled because I was 10 min late.Again no phone call or email to let us know that the doctor had an operation at 12 15 pm. Maybe they do not like to accept first time client ,maybe our dog is small and is to cheap for them ( Yorkshire terrier)and we won't go back for sure, but I hope it will help some other First time pet owner. Zero stars is what they deserve

Simply the greatest Animal Hospital I have ever been to!!! Dr Henderson is a knowledgable medical vet who is serious and compassionate! He is also a skilled accupuncturist and helps elderly and recovering pets reduce pain and inflammation by incorporating this wholistic approach as well. Regen is an amazing physical therapist for doggies who need rehab. Through electro therapy, TENS, massage, and hydro therapy the doggy can increase use of their limbs and reduce pain. In elderly dogs, this can give them a comfortable and prolonged lifestyle when combined with accupuncture. Mr Chan was treated like a king by this hospital, during the last 8 months of his life. He was tenderly cared for and the staff helped me make the best decisions to treat his torn ACL that were possible for a 15 year old. Regen carefully rehabbed his knees through a series of treatments that greatly enhanced his quality of life! They now treat Luna as well. The attention to detail and the compassion for her is moving. I love the follow ups and that Dr Henderson is always available to answer questions. Everyone here is dedicated to the animals!!! Thank you Valley for your top care!!

Stay clear! The vet that works there does not do his job!!! Extremely rude over the phone!!!! And cares only about the money. This place is overpriced as well. Go somewhere else if you want people that care about your pet and not just about getting paid. The receptionists are clueless about everything. I will never go back here again.
