My experience with Mattress Firm was seamless. Anisha was an AMAZING help. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Explained every type of bedding they had in stock, went above and beyond, and made solid recommendations.
Her customer service was out of this world and she knew exactly what I was looking for once I told her my needs.
Her customer service was so great that I made sure to travel an additional 25 minutes to the location she was working to close the sale with her.

Reuben & Jay are walking encyclopedias of mattress information & can match up the right mattress for your needs, especially if you have issues like my mom who has spinal stenosis & osteoarthritis. Jay found the best mattress for her & Reuben made her very comfortable giving her the best shopping experience. The atmosphere was friendly, clean, & the prices are very affordable. Reuben at Mattress Firm (Clifton) was absolutely amazing. The man knows mattress’ and is well versed in the nature of the relationship between the body and the mattress. He is definitely an expert in his field and I would go back without hesitation.
Update: one year later I would find him at the same store, as helpful as the first time. I’ll keep coming back here.

Very friendly service, Jay L. has encyclopedic knowledge of the mattresses, thier history and was patient with our questions. We have a 20yo temperpedic which we wanted to replace. He knew the exact model of today that matched the 20yo one we are replacing. In fact, he rattled off the names of the other models that were also available 20years ago.
Super.nice guy, very straightforward, no b.s. thank you.

We dealt with Ruben there are not enough stars to rate this person he was absolutely wonderful . He was compassionate to our needs and was amazing at showing us the products and what would be a good fit. If you need a mattress please go to this store and ask for Ruben he is the best

We recently had the pleasure of working with Reuben to buy a mattress for our first apartment. Reuben is super knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and did not pressure us at all. After testing the mattresses we were still unsure and Reuben told us not to worry, and to come back when we were ready. We came back a week later and Reuben was happy to help us with our mattress purchase. He assured us our mattress was the perfect choice for us. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience at Mattress Firm with Reuben!
