I had an MRI scheduled and I must say from the moment I walked through the front door until my exit, it was a pleasant experience. The whole practice is phenomenal, but I must say the shining star are the two young ladies who sit at the front desk I believe their names are Samantha and Jencia. They were so polite, helpful, and professional. A lot of times people never forget to complain, but very rarely. Do people take the time out to give props when the service is great. I’d like to and these two young ladies for making their patients feel like family. Great experience definitely 10 out of 10.!!!!

Great place for X-rays, MRI's etc. Very professional staff. Jerica & Samantha are very pleasant and courteous. Quick in and out. Would recommend to others needing this service. Thumbs up!!!

My experience in the LifeCare diagnostic imaging center is excellent. As soon as I came into the office the staff Samantha and Jerica at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. They welcomed me with a big smile. And the doctor or the MRI staff in the MRI room are very respectful to me as a woman. All in all the whole staff are excellent.

I scheduled an MRI, first they had to cancel it because of a snow storm (nothing to do about that) then I went and got my MRI done after rescheduling. Unfortunately, hey had technical issues and they told me that the images weren’t ready. I have a busy schedule and I asked them to find a solution if they could. They did their best and finally I could have my images in about half an hour. Samantha and Jerica were very helpful, overall I had a good experience.

My name is Betsy.
I went to Life Care Diagnostic Imaging for an MRI, and I can say that from the moment I walked through the door, I felt like I was in a very friendly environment. The girl who greeted me at the front desk named Samantha was very kind and friendly. What caught my attention the most is that she welcomed me with a big smile…not all medical offices have people as nice as she is.
On the other hand, the place was very clean. I had a coffee and the area looked quite tidy.
When I entered to the MRI area, the person inside was very ethical and professional, and took into account that I was a woman, showing respect towards me (I say this because I had to undress from the waist up and put on a hospital gown).
On the way out, Samantha asked me if everything was okay and if I wanted a CD from my studio, which I was immensely grateful for, because usually you leave and then you need it and then you have to come back to pick it up. So I just waited a few minutes for the CD to print and then I left.
If I have to have another imaging test, I hope to be able to return to this location.
