Excellent service! Quote/booking was very easy and they made sure to call and confirm everything then confirmed once again a couple days before. Pricing was competitive and they were very flexible with hours as well. The two gentlemen who set it up were wonderful. I reserved the Fun House Bounce & Slide Combo and it was a hit at our son’s birthday party. It was a little bit bigger than I expected once I saw it in person (even though I measured!!), but the kids all had a blast (ages 2-4).

5 stars aren't enough! My child had her birthday party (10.5 2024) with the Imperial and every child was almost in years saying how it was the "BEST BIRTHDAY PARTY THAT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO!" It exceeded every expectation! The guys who delivered and picked up were super nice! It took less than 20 min to install and about the same to disassemble. The price was beyond worth it. I hiiiiiiiiiiighly recommend them!! I will absolutely refer them to others and absolutely use them again! Thanks so much!

Great customer service. Had to chance our party around a little and the staff was very helpful. We were kept in the loop the day before and of our party with the arrival of the equipment. Pick up was also right on time.

Booked them last minute for a toddler birthday party. End to end service was easy and stress free. Set up and clean up was done quickly and on time. The kids had a great time annd the bounce house set up was stable and safe. Highly recommend Let’s Jump

Highly Recommended! I had rented a slide from Let’s Jump for my 10 year old birthday party. David at Let’s Jump is so professional and patient. The set up was timely and was given extra attention. After the set up was done, something minor had gone wrong and then men came back to fix it without hesitation knowing how important the slide was for my daughter.
I called three other local vendors for slide, but the responses were not professional like Let’s Jump and David. I recommend Let’s jump to everyone for your next event.

I used let’s jump for my daughters first birthday party. I got the mega obstacle course and it was a mega hit at my daughters birthday party. It was the highlight of the party and the kids had an amazing time.

Ordered a waterslide for a family fun day this weekend. It arrived early, was set up quickly and tested to make sure everything was in working order. The employees that delivered and set it up were super friendly and explained everything to us before leaving. Adults and children enjoyed the slide all day! We will definitely be renting from this company again.

Our nonprofit has been working with Let's Jump for several years now and have always had terrific experiences. Harold makes reservation and scheduling super easy and the guys doing setup are sweethearts and (unlike other companies that place inflatables wherever they want!) are very amenable to working within the layout we've determined is best for our event flow. The attendants provided were friendly and did a great job ensuring our kids were safe and happy. Thank you, Let's Jump!

We rented the junior wet or dry tropical combo for my son’s first birthday party (his older brother and all our friends’ kids are around 2-4 years old) and had it dry because it wasn’t going to be hot that day. It was perfect! Working with this company was very easy and professional, great email responsiveness, online contract, text updates, and they arrived at the perfect time. Set up took about 30 or less minutes. They were very professional - i noticed the extension cord was thoughtfully set up as to not be a tripping hazard from the outlet on our deck to the bounce house in our yard - great sign of professionalism. After our party was done, we still had it for a couple hours so that we could enjoy some time with just our sons, and it was so clean inside!!! No grime, no stains, i was super pleased!!!! With rental stuff I always expect some bit of grime, and didn’t know how you would clean the inside of a giant bounce house, but it was very clean!!! For example, We also rented tables and chairs from them, which were a bit more stained than i expected but they were very fairly priced so we just wiped them down ourselves to make sure they were clean for our guests. They came and picked up everything that evening as expected although warned us at dropoff that they might have to pick it up in the morning, which we were fine with. We will totally use them again and recommend them to all our friends! Thank you for running such a smooth and easy operation and maintaining great products!!! Our son and guests had an awesome time because of it!!!
