i have been coming here for 8+ years never encountered this lady before and i hope no one ever does, i have had times where the machines don’t do what they are suppose to and a nice guy who i’m told is the owner and i’ve seen here has given me my money back and even detergent to redo my machine but this lady said no you didn’t add the detergent right, as if this was my first time doing laundry she refused to give me my money back and walked away from me, she said i have to watch the machines to make sure the detergent goes away, she wanted me to grab a bottle of water and throw water in there so the detergent can go down she basically wanted me to do the washing machines job. she is very rude and has a nasty attitude, she made me waste more money and detergent but i guess that’s her gain

I prefer Laundromats that take quarters rather than cards, so I hope that never changes. I do wish they would repair down machines in a more timely fashion.

They don't know how to wash. They don't separate clothes. They match my white clothes with colored clothes and black clothes. They damaged all my clothes.
