Horrible service at front desk. I made appointment and still had to wait over 30 min. Then when handed lab work they gave all sorts of questions to a point where I had to call doctor for directions. Still waited for them to call me. What a bad experience. Also no parking.

They have no receptionist. I have been waiting for 1-2 hours for just asking one question. Terrible attitude towards staff because who are not enough and towards customers.

Waited over 50 minutes for my appointment. Was brought in the back and waited another 20 minutes for blood work. No one sits at the front desk and if someone did they would pretend they can’t hear you until you walk away. Stay away. Don’t risk it.

Workers are rude and unprofessional. They don't even speak proper English. Whether you have an appointment or not, you'll end up waiting at least an hour, not only because they are understaffed but because they're busy having personal conversations.

Smooth experience. The kiosk for check in is wobbly. Better to scan WR code from email. Nurse was very gently. Morning process was quick

My wife Had an appointment set up at that location recently for 11:15AM she was there for drug screening, they had her waiting there the whole hour before taking her in at roughly 12:15PM I know I wouldn’t be too happy sitting there that long with a full bladder. Get your people in check because an appointments are made for a reason.

Slow and just straight up horrible. They are only open for half an actual work day and can’t even see more than 2 people every hour.

The lady at the front desk Jessica was extremely unprofessional and started to yell at me when I walked into the facility. I told her I have an appointment and received my text that I was ready to be seen. She told me that it was too late she took someone else over me and I said how is that possible when I got the text at 8:29 and it was still 8:29 in that moment. She kept yelling at me to go outside and wait. I had another patient defend me and I told her I recorded the incident due to her inappropriate behavior and that I felt she was discriminating against me. She said that's not true cause half her family is Jewish. I had no idea why she would say that I told her I'm not even Jewish so I don't know what you're referring to but what if I had a disability? Im not even allowed a MINUTE to come inside? The other phlebotomist in the back told me Jessica has a lot of complaints and yells at patients, and also told me she was going to let her supervisor know. I could not believe the aggression I was met with today and really hope no one goes through that especially in a medical setting. I did not feel comfortable at all and I've never had any issues everyone is always nice especially Lydia who always greets people with kindness and respect.
