Labcorp misplaced my test and called me back to recollect it. I took a day off from work for this. The front desk representative,Gessica , was very rude and spoke in an unprofessional manner. She was dismissive and unhelpful. After waiting for two hours, I was told to go home without completing my bloodwork, resulting in a lost workday. Gessica needs to be more professional, especially as a Labcorp employee.

Hey , I just finished my drug test appointment with them , I read all the reviews and I have seen a lot of negative reviews with very low rating but honestly I just went there and I’m done within 20 mins , can’t believe it . There service is so satisfying. Staff is so polite , everything is cool there . Thanks

Just finished my appointment at this location for bloodwork. To say the phlebotomist wasn’t friendly is an understatement. She was rude. Also no disinfecting of surfaces. She donned gloves then proceeded to type on the computer. I work in healthcare, and these techs need a review in the basics. If you want customer service and cleanliness, go elsewhere.

Unpleasent service. Two ladies behind counter discussing private issues in foreign language, not paying attention to me. After few minutes of waiting I was trying to find out if m test could be done here/ my usual quest lab could not do it.I was told to log in on wall computer/ long line vs nobody st the window. I left with disappointment.Next day I went to laboratory in Fairlawn, completely different experience nice end easy.

I prefer the Quest lab in Clifton having been to both. This place is a little run down. The person at the front desk wasn't very friendly at all and I have a huge bruise where the needle went in. Let's just say the blood draw wasn't the most comfortable. On the plus side, the check in process is efficient and the results are immediately available once the results are in if you set up an account on their website..

They don’t even greet you. My lab tech did not greet me and she told me to excuse her because they turn in to machines of so much work. She bruised my arm from tightening so much, I have never experienced so much tightening. She was not gentle. Front desk did not greet me either and he and another tech were chitchatting. Bathroom was dirty, not toilet paper not paper towels. Horrible experience.

Terrible management/staff!! Showed up 30 minutes before closing time, doors were already locked. They refused to even look up at all of the people standing outside of the door trying to get their attention.This is a medical facility and should abide by their hours to respect the needs of their patients.

The waiting room is a mess dirty. The wait it’s to long , like looonnnggg.The bathroom smells bad and it’s super dirty, i can’t even describe how dirty it is.I was afraid to use it. Hopefully i don’t need to come back at this location again.

I guess the reviews were right. Yolanda, the receptionist was soooo rude, unprofessional and very condescending without any manners.People.like her should be seek employment somewhere else.

I Tried to give this place another chance but they are so slow. Took my nephew for not even bloodwork but they still call you in after an hour - you wait inside some more. They need a better structure because even the staff were arguing amongst themselves. Some working and others not at all!

incompetent staff working there - I was due for labs from 2 providers, orders were already sent but the "incompetent superstars"that work there only took one of the orders and not the other - so instead of having all my blod work done at once - I NOW HAVE TO GO BACK AGAIN AND AGAIN HAVE EXTRA BLOOD WORK DONE AND WAIT AND ALL THE NONSENSE - I AM NOT SURE WHO IS MANAGING THE STAFF BUT THIS THEY ARE BEYOND INCOMPETENT - IT'S AN ONGOING ISSUE WITH LABCORP- NOT SURE WHY INSURANCE EVEN SELECT THEM TO DO ANYTHING...

Excellent service. They open at 7am and I’m done by 7:03. Used solely this location once a month for the past 6 mo following a procedure. They’re quick and efficient every time. The 1 star reviews are surprising.

This lab is the absolute best.They are experts at what they do. Make an appointnent and they take care of this rest. Quick and precise. The staff is a 10Forget Quest labs ; they are a 2 star lab. This is a 11 star lab
