I regret to say that my experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. This company's complete lack of professionalism and utter disregard for customer service is beyond belief.First and foremost, they promised me the world when I signed up for their insurance, but when I needed them the most, they vanished into thin air. Continuously hanging up when there was a issue that I didn’t even create . They claim that they told me there was a grace period which was a utter lie .Grace herself was not a “grace” to work with . Her staff was also horrendous to deal with and at the end of the day I ended up with a big issue with my insurance companyAvoid at all costs … go anywhere else or just go online call the toll free numbers on the website . But avoid grace and her team at all costs .

I have a trucking company for almost 3 years , and to say that innovate has handled and advised me on everything from Insurance matters , Dot compliance , HUtt decays , IFTA etc etc is an UNDER-STATEMENT! No one works as Hard as Grace , she seems to always be an Email away. I have learned so much from innovate in the process , so Many “fine print “matters that Grace will enlighten you on. I can go on and on , all the important details in the world of insurance and dot that we may miss and no one will take the time to tell you, well INNOVATE DOES TELL you ,so that you don’t make those mistakes and that you are properly covered at the best rate possible !
