I wanted to return the product that didn't work and they charged me about 16 dollars. This is a theft. There is no such nonsense. The cashier is ultra disrespectful and not helpful at all. Are you going to make me a liar by telling me you don't know it's not working, Or.Ço. He has no smile on him face. Customer communication is 0. I'll never go back to Main St. to see his stupid face.

Great tool shop for do it yourself folks. You can literally find almost everything in here for gardens, automotive, electrical, gun cases, and etc. very clean great staff. I do enjoy coming here for quick tools.

Very bad customer services, they're more worry about an associate daughter that's in the store than from de customers. I understand that today is the National Take Your Child to Work Day, but you can't put that on top of the Customer Service. That girl is running around the store, and the guy that I think is the manager and the father saying to her: "get out of the door", "don't do that", "go to the vack", and the other lady saying: "please, go out of the register", "stop pushing the cashier", "let him work", etc. Very bad customer service today.

I had a small air pressure pump, and it broke down on me and my nephew, who has his own business, had a really nice one and said he got it at Harbor Freight Tools , so here I am with a new air pressure gage and pump so I can drive with confidence knowing I'm ready when the occasion calls!
