This is by far the worst game stop in the area never open when they are supposed to be and when they are open you can’t make a purchase more than half the time because the computers are down on top of that the employees one in particular are extremely rude I believed she is the managers her customer service is horrible she’s always on the phone and never quick to help a customer she’s always yelling at other employees as well who are asking her for help and trying to help customers I really recommend you stay away from this location go to a different one as someone who has shopped here often I will not be returning after my last few experience here I don’t need to hear the mangers personal phone calls on speakerphone complaining about how she needs to work tomorrow because another one of her employees quit if I was her employee I’d quit to

This Store is Never Opened even with the store Hours Given. The Employees NEVER Answer the Phone and it's literally a Hit Or Miss Taking the Drive to this Establishment when they are Open because the Staff is Always Rude and you can never get the Help you Are Looking For. I wouldn't be surprised if by the end of the Year this Building is Closed

This is the only GameStop I shop at because the manager is so amazing. She helps the best way she can and knows how to take care of her customers. She is a problem solver and recommend products tailored to your needs. GameStop definitely needs to have more managers like her who takes pride at what they do. The store is always super clean and organized. Thank you Belinda

The service was so bad it was cancer-inducing.I tried to call twice to see if they had what I wanted to buy, but both times an automated message said they’re experiencing technical difficulties.When I drove there, there was a message on the door saying that were closed: the employee there literally closed the store so he could have a break. When I asked him about the phones being down, he admitted that he shut off the phones, likely because he didn’t want to deal with calls. The employee also said the wi-fi was down, so he couldn’t (read: wouldn’t) do any trade-ins of games or consoles, and that I should come back later.When I asked him for his name, I’m positive he lied and gave me a fake name.This place is so awful, it’s genuinely hilarious. There are other Gamestops within a 20 minute drive of this place with good customer service: go to any one of those other places. This place should go out of business! It’s a crime that this place is still open and doing business.The manager should fire this guy and just hang out in the store. That way, they'll save money and the same job still gets done

Terrible …. Came to the plaza around 11 am waited in my car at 1150 walks in an employee entire place is dark mind you they open at 12 . Waited outside with a few other customers at 1210 employee comes out talking about sorry we have a delayed opening because the computers are down . Like you was in there the whole time and now you want to put a sign up about computers being down and don’t know when they’ll be back up . Just a terrible experience corporate should really look into this store and the employees . At least 4 customers walked away . Came to Passaic got my game in and out .

I’ve called the store for several days and not once was the phone answered. I paid in full for a pre-order and never received a call, email or text. When I got inside the store, explained to the Belinda that I didn’t get any notifications but she wanted to argue and say my voicemail was full but didn’t know my name for my order .. ?. Also, my extra posters wasn’t with my game.
