Went to the store on 2/3 to trade in some games and a console and the key holder said he couldn’t take any trades because it wasn’t his store. Told me he would have to take a PS5 slim as defective because he didn’t know how to process a trade. Ended up having to drive to Lodi store to process trade in. Went another time to the store and they close mid day for an hour lunch. Never heard of retail store closing for lunch. This place has the worse customer service.

Give it up to Jamal for exceptional customer service even when being interrupted during my experience by his management which was totally uncalled for. Management should be ashamed interrupting a customer for what time someone clocks in and out. As well as doesn't provide lunch breaks. Give Jamal a raise because he did manage to save my experience here.

I had a fantastic experience at GameStop during my first visit! I called ahead looking for a specific gift card, and Alan was not only incredibly nice on the phone but assured me they had it in stock. When I arrived, Alan greeted me professionally, and his politeness made the visit even more enjoyable. Thank you, GameStop, for excellent customer service and a positive first impression!

I was calling the store all day no answer I thought they were busy but when I got the the store was empty two guys working but doing inventory, I understand that as to et done but I don't see the crime in answering the phone, I drove 2 hrs away to come to this store to return a system and I just wanted to know if it was ok to return i didn't want to drive all the way up there for no reason being that I was 2 hrs away. I went with the intentions of arguing with them for having me drive all the way for no reason but that didn't happen my problem was solved but the phone is there for customers to call and employees not to ignore.

I went here about three weeks ago and I’m gonna be honest the guy that helped me seem like he was on something. I called him and quoted me something and then when I got there and saw the way this man looked and acted. I clearly could understand the reason why he got everything confused

I don’t think the employees here mean business. They don’t greet you when you walk in. They also don’t apologize for the wait time whether you wait on the phone or in person in line. Rather go to GameStop at garden state or Passaic or Lodi. Good luck with the attitudes and business.

John was the best GameStop employee I ever met and he answered all my questions and made my day and he is really nice and he should be a manager with the experience he has and I rather come to the store when he is here no lie.

Yesterday I visited this location. I was trying to exchange my sons Nintendo DS. A bit of a hiccup when trying to locate my account link to my guarantee. Gentlemen by the name of Stalin was very helpful, and professional when trying to help. He immediately knew what to do went out of his way to contact his peers, no luck. Stalin didn't hesitate to contact the district manager, where she instructed him on what to do. Thank you Stalin for taking the initiative and matters to you own hands and helping solve my problem. We needs more great costumer service like yours.
