My vehicle recently had an issue requiring it to be towed for repair (not a major mechanical failure, but I could not drive it). Being that it was a busy Saturday afternoon with less than an hour until the service department closed, I was nervous about it being able to be accepted and I would have to find a place to park it for the weekend. When I called while waiting for a tow truck, I spoke with the sales manager Juan who assured me my vehicle could be brought to the dealership until service re-opened and they could look at it. Samantha and James in service had my vehicle looked at first thing Monday morning, updated me of what went wrong, got the needed parts ordered (maybe overnighted from Japan like in F&F), and I picked it up the next day. Phenomenal experience from everyone at the dealership to resolve the hiccup in my weekend plans and get me back in my Q50!

Was a very quick and easy experience, me and my father worked with Jeffry and he helped us every step of the way and was very patient, there was a signature needed from my mother who was home, he came all the way back with us after securing the sale to have her sign. Was and awesome person to work with. Highly recommend!

Derrick was so helpful in helping me find my new QX60. Although I found a better price through my broker (Only because I'm with her for years & did me a favor), he worked with me through everything & tried getting me the best price I can find. It was close & the dealership offers a bit of incentive for taking care of your vehicle, end of the day he was understanding of business being business especially on my end as a consumer. Highly recommend him, not many are in my position to receive a better deal than can be given to the nature of my relationship with my broker. I highly recommend Derrick.
