Can thank this location and Amanda enough. Flew in from California, and needed last minute Thank you cards for a family event. We had a design, but Amanda helped us with multiple looks, samples, and options. Graciously she was able to compete it all because we were on a short time crunch. She completed everything flawlessly.

The absolute worst and rude place. Came in to drop off gloves that were wrapped in 3 cases.The whole entire world and FedEx locations accept it besides this location. Just wanted to give a hard time.Worst location. FedEx Corp should look into this location.

Had a shipment & the staff were kind. One young lady turned her desk heater around towards me bc I was cold, & the other one reopened my package for me bc there was a slip I forgot to put in, then closed it back up 4 me also. Very helpful, & both w a smile. These are the little things that make your day just a little better.

I would like to express my dissatisfaction with a recent interaction with a FedEx agent named Richard, who displayed disrespect towards my French accent, referring to it as a "dialect" and maintaining a condescending attitude throughout our conversation. I feel compelled to commend Richard's colleague, Won, for his professionalism in de-escalating the situation and providing a much-needed contrast to the negative experience. It is imperative that FedEx addresses incidents like these promptly to ensure that all customers, regardless of their accents or backgrounds, receive respectful and dignified service.

Had to ship a rather large item today.UPS tried to spook me into paying over $100 for a custom cut & packed box for my needs, but Daniel at this Clifton FedEx expertly determined my needs and quoted a pack price 20% of what UPS wanted.Thoroughly pleased!If you want fast, no-nonsense service, pick FedEx.And if you want the friendly expert to talk to, ask for Dan the man!
