This location is the worst. People working here do not come at time. Linch break says 12-1 and no one was here till 2:45pm. The people u call the office are so rude they just say wait till someone comes. You end up paying for additional days just because no one is at the tow yard. They say open at 9am and never open till 10. Save yourself a pain do not use this.

They sucked! What do you think! $530 charged $150 a tow $175 for the winch! $25 for a release! 3% for using my debit card not cash! They wrote on my windshield and with something I couldn't get off! It was a freaking nightmare!!! Hell and Back!

The worst experience ever with a tow company. Got into a car accident and went to collect my belongings. First, they were close when I call and spoke to the agent they told me they would open the next day at 9am. When I went the next day the facility was close and told me they were appointment only. After I try to get an appointment to collect my belongings from a junk car yard, my insurance needed to send them a letter stating that I have full coverage and will be responsible for all cost… they claim they have been in business since 1997 but to me it sounds like they don’t know what they are doing. Poorly handle and the worst customer service I’ve experienced. Do yourself a favor and use another company.Service: Special vehicle towing

If you are involved in an accident tell the police you refuse to let Ecrb tow your car.In order to get your personal belongings you need a letter from the insurance company stating they will cover the tow cost.So while you wait your personal belongings are ransacked thru and if windows broken and it's raining good luck with that

This is the worst towing business I have ever worked with. After adding on false charges, and giving us problems about removing the charges, we went to pick up our vehicle from the yard and they were not there during their work hours and just told us to wait. As a business who has a contract with the city they have an obligation to honor said contract, and taking advantage of a situation in an attempt to rack up a larger bill for the customer is not only morally wrong, but also cause for their municipal contract to be cancelled. It is no doubt in my mind that without this contract they would be out of business in a week.Service: Local hauling

Whoever runs this business along with the manager are morally bankrupt people. I went to retrieve my car after it was towed following an accident. First, the attendant would not let me attempt to drive the car even though my mechanic was half a mile away. Then they wacked me with a bill of $388 to get the car out after towing it about 1/2 a mile and keeping it over one night. This cost is astronomical and entirely unfair. I begrudgingly go into my wallet to get the cash when I'm told I need to have exact change to pay cash. Fine. I get out my credit card only to be informed that there is now a 3% service fee. I begrudginly hand over the card and sign. So now I call AAA to tow the car and they say they'll have the truck there within 40 minutes. Now I'm told by the guy behind the window that if he has to go on another call before the tow truck gets there he won't be able to open the gate to release my car. So, I say just let me drive it 20 feet past the gate and park it on the street for when the tow truck comes. He refuses and says he cannot allow that. WHAT?! This is MY CAR that I just paid crazy money to have released. Now if the truck comes and my car is behind the gate, the tow truck driver will not wait until the yard attendant comes back, and if the yard attendant has to leave, then my car is stuck there even though I already paid to have it released. Plus AAA will charge me the next time I call. This accident has already been a financial burden on me, and now I have to deal with these vultures. Luckily the truck did come in time, so I could get my car out. I have to say that I have never dealt with a more unreasonable business. The fact that they would not allow me to move my own car just past their gate that I just paid to have released is ridiculous, unreasonable, and extremely unethical. These people could not care less about putting someone into debt and wasting their time with their insane policies. They have no right to not allow an owner to move his/her car. Please use ANY other service than ECRB. You''ll notice everyone else gave them one star for good reason.Service: Local hauling

The attitude of the manager is not good. Attitude is not professional. After a while the manager came around and happened to be a helpful person after all. I do understand this covid got us all a lil different ( if that's the correct analyses). So i changed my review from 1star to 4. Not trying to hurt any business because of my personal attitude im going to rate u as i get serviced or treated.Service: Car towing
