LOVE THE STAFF!!! As soon as I walk in, I’m always greeted with a smile. I go there for the deals but I’m always chitchatting with the staff lol. They are great and are very patient when I’m making sure my coupons and deals are in order.

Terrible management in this store. They are rude to customers. Do not expect any help, any welcome, or any service. They will treat you like a you’re a burden. Poor business practice when there are 2 other dollar stores in walking distance. Shameful.

The worst customer service I’ve ever encountered. Not even the first time the last time I came the guy working told he doesn’t get paid to show where I can I find an item. This I didn’t even get to ask and “they” told me I was in the right section that I just had to look ? whose hiring these people

I'm here because today I went to buy a few things. When it came to pay I gave a $50dollar bill for a purchase of 25$. The cashier kindly called the manager/assistant. I thought it was to check the authenticity of the bill. Which is fine..no problem. But to my surprise it was because "they didn't have change for that big of a bill" I'm like what?? How is it possible in a store of that magnitude they don't have change??. They kept asking if I had a smaller bill. But that's all I had. In the end they did accept it. But it was a whole deal they made of not having change for a Fifty. It was literally 5pm. How is this even possible?? Are we all suppose to go to Dollar General with exact change? Banks give 100s/ 50s and we as customers go out buy & it changes into the system..That's the process. So how is it This Dollar General on the corner of 7/eleven make a fuss about "not having change" Very disappointed with this experience.

I don't know what all the bad reviews are for. They are always stocked, have the best prices, and carry namebrand items. Are you guys really whining that some of the employees aren't super friendly and don't go out of their way to chitchat? Look at the times; no one is happy, especially at work. Get over yourselves and find something real to complain about. And this store isn't GHETTO or IN THE HOOD at all. You guys are ridiculous. This store is a lifesaver and amazing. Point blank period. If you need someone to be nice to you, call a friend. Let the employees do their job (and that's not to be mandated to have a running convo with you)

very very very bad customer service, people behind the register are very rude while ringing up your items not only that but the guy basically threw my items at me and gave an attitude the entire time. will not be a returning customer.

So Ive been there twice both times store had no bags nor shopping carts and hand held carry baskets. Mgr tells me people steal the carts as far as the bags and baskets didn't elaborate on that. How can a business stay open if customers cant shop with a cart or carry out their goods. So i had a tiny bag in my car bought a few things spent 15$ I told the cashier id spend 50-60$ if you had carts and bags. General is losing a lot of money. I guess they don't care because stores in the hood. I doubt they gonna last if they don't get on the ball with these necessities.

Staff very very unprofessional not even greeting customers and very rude while ringing your iteams , giving attitude, if they not feeling like coming in to work and do the work then stay home!
