You can't take the cart out ,I asked the manager why he said I have to buy a bag !! What about cases of water ? What about heavy stuff and old people ??

I went in for a return on a item a young man was helping me very kindly but was having issues putting the money back on my card. When he went to get the manager on duty she was just straight up rude like why am I returning the item anyways and she also was making a mistake and didn’t know what she was doing she told me it’s my card I have to call the bank like it’s my card that’s causing the issue and then on top she did some wrong calculation which they were doing math on their phone calculator and told me I’m getting a certain amount and I can’t get my tax back. Very worst experience and ignorance. I have worked in retail for 12 years and everything that came out her mouth was unprofessional and ignorant.

This spot has gone down the drain. It’s 9 am on a Sunday and one of the employees is outside cleaning while smoking marijuana and the manager on site after I reported it to him, he told me it sounds good to him. That young man smoking will not do well in life and his manager is setting him up for failure

bad service ? Staff at the top of despicable, especially with children? My father went to buy some sweets for her and her younger sisters, but her sisters, but she bought the wrong sweets. And I was waiting for her in the car? And when I came back to exchange sweets. And with it the bill. But the employees bullied her and did not accept the exchange and treated her badly

I wouldnt even give 1 star.... Let me just first start off that i am a single mother of 4... i take my time and spend my money wisely because of the hardships these days.... Every week i clip my coupons.. i get up really early on a Saturday to shop here for the savings... i just left this location and this young loud women working was on the phone the entire time... on her airpods talking inappropriately ... all about her personal life, cursing and mentioning how much she hates people. After being there for a half hour calculating and choosing my items carefully, i make my way up to the check out and put my phone number in , and she charges me full price for everything. But I KNOW i had coupons and not a single one came off!!!.... Not only did i waste my time here, but spent money that i didnt have.... When i asked her for a breakdown of my coupons came off she said "yes"!and dismissed me by handing me my receipt. Continuing to be on her phone the entire time telling the whole place her business. To avoid conflict cause i suffer from heart conditions, i leave. Super disappointed, dissatisfied, totally upset and now broke. I have been coming to this location for as long as I remember. During lockdown i chose here for the inventory on necessities. But this place now has become miserable and does not care about customer service. Even in her loud conversation on her phone she kept saying how much she hated people... I ever felt so displeased with customer service... you should really consider who you hirer in these places...if they hate people so much they shouldnt be around them.
