The person that helped us, might be the owner, he is not the friendly person. Don't have his name, but he is tall. Just felt like he didn't want to help and felt as he was yelling at us, as if we were kids. I would not recommend to anyone.
1-Employee will won't say otherwise, but it wasn't today the issue
2-But God bless you and hope the business goes on for another 94 years. I will try not to go back.
3-Cant say I didn't get my way, I was told I could get a refund, when I called on the phone on Saturday. I went today, you said no, then I said perfect and left. I didn't make a scene and. I lost $50 its your policy and I followed it. But Don't say because I didn't get my way.

By far the nicest owner i.have met. I read the other review and truly find it hard to believe. When I walked in the place was super busy and everyone was apologized to for the wait and couldn't have been treated kinder. By the time I left I was measured for the tux I wanted and when I picked it up it was fit for me. I have rented multiple times here and have never had a problem. Highly highly recommend!

I had a great experience with the owner and staff at Deluxe from the moment we walked in. After going to multiple corporate rental stores and retail stores and a few other mom and pops - we found Deluxe and gave them a try. The owner listened to what we were looking for, shared the options, fitted my son and booked us for pick up. The owner was direct, clear and concise - no nonsense - all business. At pick up, everything was ready and fit perfectly. I would highly recommend Deluxe for any Tux rental needs you have and will be using them for any future Tuxedo rentals. Thank you Deluxe for making our experience top-notch!!!

Wanted to rent a tux for my son to look fly going to a sweet 16. Can't have my boy rocking an off the rack ill fitting suit looking like one of the Kings Of Comedy The event was a week away and they took measurements and had us out the door in around 20 mins. Gave us exactly what we asked for and had multiple options to choose from. They had the suit ready 2 days before the event which gave us enough time to pick up and make any changes. The fit was lovely I'm not sure how pricey it is compared to other spots but the fact that this place is local made it the go to. If you got it and need something quickly, is definitely worth it The return process is pretty simple. Put everything back in the hanger, even the shirt with the neck ring stains and turn it back in. I might have to start crashing weddings just to have a reason to rent a tux. They have a good selection. Feel free to invite me to your party

6 stars if I could! They helped me pull a rabbit out of my hat 1 day before the event I was attending today, got fitted and out the door in 25 minutes for a great price.... never caught my man name that helped me, but he was great... enjoy those timberland sneakers we spoke about lol

Horrible experience As soon as I walked in with my grandmother, we were given a horrible look and stare by the man at the register. As I was discussing with my grandmother on what to pick out, the man looked at us from top and bottom and looked disturbed. I am a well respect leader in my community and I never felt more discriminated in my life. I wouldn't recommend to those living in Clifton as the man lacks common ethical values and customer service experience. He lost out on a potential customer.

We were looking for a two day rental for two back to back proms. We went to Men's warehouse but left because the place was mobbed and we didn't have an appointment. (we also waited too long) They have prom packages for $120, we would have had to pay a bit more for the extra day and two different colored vests. We decided to go Deluxe. We had extensive conversations with the owner about how we wanted color (not conservative) as part of the suit. We looked over colors and ordered a lavender vest (he had very few shades) and he didn't have ANY shade of green at all. Disappointed but late in the game, so we agreed to get one plain grey vest and one lavender to the tune of $326!!! Guess what, we get home, no lavender. It was written on the receipt and the person who picked it up said he mentioned it and he was getting the order so she didn't think to check. We paid almost double the price and got a bland grey suit. I called the owner to give him an opportunity to make it right and provide some portion of refund. He said no. Will not be going back here for our next event. My advise, go to Men's Warehouse but get an appointment.
