The owner is a wonderful, generous person who takes care of his customers. The shop is small and maybe doesn't have the largest selection but every arrangement is beautiful and competitively priced. I would recommend stopping in if your in need a flowers for any occasion. Special orders are welcomed in advance.

There is a beautiful selection of flowers to choose from and the owner was extremely helpful and friendly. I stopped in without much prior notice only a phone call and was helped with a custom bouquet fitting exactly what I was looking for. Tried a few other florist in the area and had by far the best experience here!

I picked up a great rose bouquet for my fiance. She loves the flowers which stayed fresh for over a week. The selection is not bad and the prices are reasonable. The person working there was able to assist me with my choice. I'll surely be back on our next occasion.

My wife loves flowers and this place is by far the florist I have come across. The attention to detail is amazing. I am willing to dive over from Jersey City just to get one of his arrangements.... Recommendation to the guys out there, get an arrangement made instead of the usual roses I promise she will be amazed!

I put in a online order on a Wednesday for a delivery on a Saturday. Trying to be efficient and thoughtful enough to give them enough time to make the delivery on time. It was for Mother’s Day and had a sense of urgency involved due to circumstance. I usually use Allwood Florist out of convenience, but it appears they were closed due to Covid. I call Saturday & HE tells me everything went out. I notice Sunday, that it didn’t actually arrive to the recipient. I call & HE tells me how busy HE is. It’s Mother’s Day and you’re a florist, so obviously. HE claims to have called me two times on Saturday, along with the recipient. I know I got ZERO calls. This phone call was at 9 am on Mother’s Day and HE assured it would be reattempted. I try to be understanding and arrange a new delivery location. I had my wife call because I am tired of dealing with this guy and his inept customer service/communication skills. She then gets ZERO communication back from him. I go to the location to pick up the order and deliver it myself at 2:30 pm. It’s not out for delivery, it’s sitting in his little hut. He refuses to waive the delivery fee because HE “attempted it.” I have done this for two years without any issues. I try not to argue with the guy in front of his customers and HE is still arrogant with me. Next, HE asks me if I want the card? So now you want me to fill it out also? I thought you attempted it? Then he provides the card. Come to find out, the card might have been blank. I’m an essential worker with many years of retail and customer experience. Nobody is perfect. I try to be understanding. He tells me several times how they’re non essential. If you’re open for the holiday, then why aren’t you ready for the workload? Your customer service & communication is poor, big guy. Once I saw you don’t even offer vases, I should’ve known I picked the wrong place. Plus all your extra fees. Never again.
