The pharmacy’s customer service is not what the customers deserve,please have more respect for us, I called yesterday to request the update of my address and basically the pharmacist (if I am not wrong) hang up the phone on when I didn’t finish the conversation.

This pharmacy sucks. Everyone in the pharmacy department takes lunch all at the same time. I think it’s ridiculous and very selfish for you guys to not even think about the people who need their medication in a prompt manner. It could be an emergency. Someone should be covering your shift. You have a big lawsuit heading your way

Photo system was broken (again!) and the store clearly doesn’t care. I even called in advance to make sure the photos would be ready and someone picked up after three minutes of ringing and said yes. Pure waste of time!!

Today I was helped by (Sonia, Sofia, or Silvia-I can’t remember the exact name) who was very helpful and patient with my insurance situation. Also, the pharmacist in charge came and asked us if we have any questions or concerns. Then he started giving us heads up about the medication that might cause dizziness. We are so lucky to have such staff in our area

They asked you to come back after 1 hour , to prepare your prescription , since you got home like 10 minutes later, they sent you a text message. Your medicine is ready.

Only reason it's even 3 stars is because 1 of the pharmacy techs was able to fix what shouldn't had to fix. The lady who got the prescription wasn't helpful told me to go to intake window. Only 2 of the 5 prescriptions where done and didn't even get 1. It was a poop show.
