Terrible customer service.
I was using self check out and had to wait 15 minutes for somebody to come help me.
I made a mistake when I scanned something. Got so annoyed of waiting just walked out with all my stuff on self checkout.
Ridiculous. Ridiculous. Ridiculous. Do better.

Dirty inside and out. Shelves are empty or just a mess. Pharmacy department is a disgrace. Stay away and hopefully it will get shut down.

Worst CVS I’ve ever been to. I had tested positive for COVID so my doctor sent Paxlovid to be filled here. So I’m feeling awful and I put on my mask to be safe and go pick up my medication. As I’m walking in the Spanish cashier tells me I can’t go inside the store with my mask on! She told me with such an attitude as well. This cashier made me feel profiled and like a thief simply for walking in. Teach your employees some professionalism if you can’t handle people then don’t work in retail.

One of the female staff member at the pharmacy department is extremely rude . The employee was rude verbally and started to loudly shush at my parent while she was taking information incorrectly . If you’re not capable of being patient with Spanish customers i suggest you reevaluate your job or perhaps career. Nonetheless, had me waiting on “backorder” prescription without making any attempt to contact me regarding the issue .

Absolutely the worse experience with this CVS! I ordered my 2 asthma pumps last week to be delivered as I have carepass. My asthma was so severe that I was on steroids for it and my pumps were running low so I had it marked for delivery. Four people were home at my house and CVS had the audacity to say no one was home. My delivery order was cancelled. My husband and father said no one rang either doorbell despite them being home. I have tried to reset up the delivery again and the app won't do it. My pumps could've ran out due to their negligence. Then, I get a message yesterday telling me I have six days to pick them up. So I go in today at 4:10 after working as a teacher all day to grab them thinking I'd be there no more than 10 mins. When I get to the register the order isn't in the system anymore and they aren't ready despite the message and online showing it. I had to show both my text and the cancellation email to the pick up cashier. He tells me it'll be about 20 mins so I tell him I'll wait. I go buy some sodas and Chocolate and drop them in my car. Come back and sit down. At 4:50, I go back up to the register to see what is going on with my prescriptions as no one has called me by then.
It's two boxes of pumps that shouldn't take more than 15 mins to process. Cashier checks and show me the labels and boxes. Tells me that they need to be bagged and the labels don't have a number. He says it could take a minute or a couple. Then send me off to the drop off lane to the other person so she can do it. I get there and I asked roughly how much longer. She tells me at least 20 mins. I had already been waiting for 40 minutes at this point and now i'd be waiting at least a full hour in total if not more. If they would've just been upfront and said a legit amount of time to wait I would've just went home and came back or picked it up tomorrow as my asthma calmed down. I'm usually level headed, but I absolutely flipped out and refused to wait another 20+ mins on prescriptions that were ordered a week ago. I was one of three people there with an order issue. One lady was given the wrong prescription and she came right back before getting into her car. She was flipping out as she needed the medication asap and it was called in on the 17th. They made her recall her doc for another prescription despite their mistake. She left with me as we both had enough as we can in a few minutes different from each other. A
Third person had an issue as well with medication, but unsure regarding what it was. This was absolutely ridiculous!

Worst CVS you could ever visit!!! Customer service is sooo bad!! Always have your prescription wrong, manager or who ever is in charge is completely rude and unprofessional! Including the employees! They always try to charge a copay when you dont have any! All medicad patients that absolutely dont have q copay they still try to charge you for a prescription! I had to be on the phone with my insurance company and insurance had to call to let them know it was fully covered! Don’t believe on the text messages they sent you when you prescription is ready! I had to wait 30 minutes in the drive thru window to get the prescription and ask to speak with the supervisor in charge “NADIN” and never came to help me, instead was trying to speak with me by the speaker! Absolutely no professionalism!! Please AVOID coming to come to this nightmare!

Such a nice CVS! It’s super clean and quiet. Elsa is my favorite, everytime I see her she’s super helpful especially with the CVS coupons for my items. She was able to help me take my total down $15! She’s so kind and down to earth, such a sweet woman! My first time at the Clifton CVS, but I will be back and it’s my new favorite to shop at.
