I recently had an unfortunate experience with this mechanic. As a young woman being stranded in the cold, and all I wanted to do was get to class. My car battery died, and I needed a quick jumpstart. Although the shop typically closes at 6:30, I arrived at 6:37, just minutes after closing. Despite my situation, the mechanic flat-out refused to help, which I found to be very inconsiderate.
As someone who believes in supporting businesses that show kindness and compassion, I was disappointed by the lack of understanding and customer service in this situation. It’s a shame when businesses aren’t willing to go just a little out of their way for someone in need.

Have been coming to this location for years. Roberto is one of the most experienced mechanics I have ever met. There is no job he can't handle. I recommend anyone that needs their car repaired pays him a visit. You won't be disappointed.

Anything lower than 1 STAR? The place is a SCAM. I asked for $10 regular, but the gas attendant put in $20 instead! I tried to remind him specifically so, but he kept on concluding that my card was simply declined and, in his polite words, "No b********* Not wanting to argue, I had to my mother to send extra money in my card. Never going there again.

I had my credit card stolen after filling up here I know it happened here because it was a card I hadn't used in weeks and just accidentally pulled out of my wallet. Then I get a call from chase fraud alert that my card had be used to make thousands of dollars in purchases on the internet. BE CAREFUL HERE!

Worst service EVER! Attendant refuse to give me back my $10.00 change after I gave him a $20.00 bill. I'm NEVER going back to this gas station!

I stopped in and had the gall to say "$20 cash regular" and the attendant said "you need to say please first." I wasn't rude or snappy or in any rush. You think I get a please at my job every time I help a customer? To say you won't help someone unless they say it is very bizarre and off-putting. The location does have its convenience, but I'd rather go to another location then have to deal with someone's attitude when all I did was expect them to provide the service I'm paying for. I'm definitely one to be polite to servers, cashiers, etc. because I've been there but I'd never demand someone speak to me a certain way before doing my job.

This is by far the worst gas station in the area. The attendant is rude and frankly scary. I've gone here about 5 times only because the location was convenient at the time. I will NEVER go back. Every time was worse than the time before. The attendant rips your debit card from your hands and then when hes finished he throws it back at you along with the receipt and mumbles under his breath every single time. It's just disgusting.

This place is in a really inconvenient location. One way in and one way out. The service attendant is a middle eastern bitter racist old man (he where's a hat, a fannyPack white long sleeve shirt and slacks. Always texting or reading a paper. (Note: I'm not from jersey so I'm not used to some one pumping my gas)....lol Anyhow!!!! I pull up to the pumps and park. I ask politely "can you please put $45 regular" he proceeds to snatch the card out of my hand and so "yes please" and rambles and mumbles on so literally throws my card and receipt at me in the car. My next impulse is to hope out and punch this guy in his mouth.....but the wife is here to ground me lol. Simple as that bad experience and will not return.

Service really slow, they aren't rude but they aren't friendly either. Something about to cell phone usage at a gas station. Oh right but apparently the gas attendant thinks texting is more important than the line of cars piling up, my apologies.

My boyfriend and I have lived in Clifton for about a year and live really close to this gas station. The second time we come here ,the gas attendant told us " We only take American money! " Strange yes, but we let it go and came a third time same attendant snatched my boyfriend's debit card out of his hand than when giving the card back to him, the attendant was grasping the card hard and gave my boyfriend an attitude and laugh in his face! I just believe the people here so RACIST!!!!
