I have to be honest. You always meet interesting people in life and this is coming from someone who worked in the customer service field so I know what it's like to keep a smile on when you have a customer who doesn't understand but it still asking same question, a customer who is rude and has the worst attitude on the planet and the customers who think they are God and need to be treated accordingly. My point is I went into this passport center recently because my 9months baby needed a passport and I had no idea they weren't taking walk ins that you need to make an appointment due to covid. Well like me there were so many more and they were rude and yes there is an employee there who to be honest at first I thought oh no he's going to reject me and be so mean but he was fair and just funny in his own way. He said because I was the first walk in and there was another behind me that he would just take us two mind you it's an hour till closing he didn't have to do that. Long story short I didn't have the proper documents with me and had to leave and I thought what if I try and go again the next day maybe just maybe I'll be seen and there was one gentlemen a younger guy who was so rude and so unhappy with his job that he treated me like I was a piece of s*** and I wanted to react but I said let me just stand back and wait to see if maybe I'll be offered an opportunity to be seen by the other representatives and I was. And it was the gentlemen who has a funny sense of humor that may come off as rude but he was great, patient and nice and I was able to send my application which was my goal. As a result, I'm extremely happy and pleased and grateful I was given that opportunity. My point be kind and take everything with a grain of salt and enjoy the services at this passport center.

Please, come if you want to hear a male employee expressing his political opinions while getting paid to do a professional work. If you want to apply for a passport, search for a more customer friendly location. There are choices out there!

THE WORST!!! I mean I wish I can give them -10000. To get a passport here get ready to wait 6 hrs! Not joking. They purposely work slow and enjoy seeing huge lines. And let's not begin with getting a package!!! The lady in the package are is rude, unprofessional and would do anything NOT to have you get your package. My came to pick up a package my address has 2 #'s, because he have 2 lots, but In order to get packages we can only use either 67 or 69. My ID has 67 but my package Gad 69. She would not give me my package, I had come literally bring my HOUSE SURVEY!!! So she can release my package and understand. I wished they fired them all. Horrible ppl. Go somewhere else for your passport, I decided to go to a Wayne location for my daughters passport because I was not gonna wait 6 hrs for a damn passport. I was in and out of the Wayne postal office in 5 min !!!

A true government mess, If I could give a negative rating I would. The employees there are awesome however they are greatly under staffed (I only saw 1 and sometimes 2 processing the 3 hours I was there. The hours of operation are posted online and on the door but mean absolutely nothing you must be there by 3:30 on Saturdays and 5:30 during the week in order to get a ticket number. Yes they remove the ticket machine at those times. To make it even more interesting if you do get a number after waiting hours you will be turned away at closing or asked to make an appointment for a later date. This is an ongoing issue. I was at the same facility one year ago and witnessed the exact same process / excuses but I was served and some how my picture didnt arrive with my application where ever they send them and ended up having to go to NYC. Bring your lunch a porta-potty and get there before opening time to increase your chances. Im going to just take my daughter to NYC and just get it done. Good luck,

I went on a Saturday at 4:30 and the doors were close because the rude employee didn't want to do there job. I asked for his name so I can report him he became really nasty to me in-front of my children. When I told him that I was going to report he all of a sudden he want to take my information. Like I was really going to trust him with my documents

Attended this location to get my families' passports. Unfortunately, we aren't the only people waiting for the last minute to get it done so there was a wait. On a Friday evening arriving at 5:30pm our wait was approximately two in a half hours. This location has extended hours that is highly convienent for all. As you enter there is a sign that indicates you must take a number. This routine is great. There is no need to wait online to be called. You and your family can sit and wait. It is important to be present to be called. They will move onto the next number if you are not there to claim your turn. Do bring snacks or toys for your little ones to stay entertained. Yet, keep in mind there is no bathrooms available for the public here. Once we were called we were helped by Jami. What an excellent employee! He was very attentive and on point with our application. Great personality! After thinking I was accurate with my information (filling out passports wasn't as easy as expected) he knew exactly where my errors were and guided me. Thanks for your service!

I renewed my daughter's passport here a few years back and I am going here to renew it again. The last time I was there for over two hours even though there were plenty of lines open. The delay was not the people processing the paperwork...the problem was two out of three people on the line in front of me didn't do what they were supposed to beforehand...I remember it like it was yesterday! "I forgot to bring my birth certificate, can I use my work ID?" "I didn't know her mother had to sign too." "Can I fill it out here (at the window)?" "I brought a photocopy of my birth certificate." Add to that the illegible handwriting on the forms that the agents couldn't read and the dozen or so unsupervised children running around despite the parents standing right there. People, use some common sense! You can go online and see exactly what you need to bring; the agents at the windows can not allow substitutions--I dare say they probably like living indoors and need to keep their jobs in order to continue doing so. You can fill out the form(s) online and print them out or fill them in by hand with the understanding that a government agent (both at the window and at the Dept. of State) will need to be able to read it without question. And for the love of Mike, leave the kids elsewhere if they don't need to be there; if they have to be there to get their passport, have some consideration for the rest of us and teach them how to behave in a civilized society. I understand kids will be kids but there are limits. My guess is these small accommodations would move the line much faster and the agents would be in far better moods, as would everyone on line behind you. As for the lack of parking (reason I only gave four stars)...you're on your own!

Fast easy service. Parking can be scarce but I guess it depends on what time of day you go. Not sure about the other reviews but I had a great experience here. My paperwork and photo was done prior to going which is something to keep in mind before going there or reviewing about.
