Disappointing. Teller said after the fact that she could have bumped be beyond priority account. Chose to charge me for the cashiers check. I’ve been a customer since Citi’s acquisition of NYCB. I have less money in other banks and get treated better. Will most likely end my relationship and move to Chase.

Every time I phone I get a person who does not speak English.

Horrible service. They are telling me I can’t cash a check that was made out to cash.
