Horrible service was told I couldn’t deposit a check into my account because there was a “hold” I then leave and call customer service and was told that wasn’t true and nothing is wrong with my account. I’m guessing it was close to closing time and they didn’t wanna assist me how sad.

I deposited a settlement check via mobile. The check was issued by consumer financial protection bureau. The check was flagged they kept all the money in my account. I went to the branch to provide proof this check was legit. the documents along with the check . However they are still withholding my funds.
