I visited the store at 7:30 PM on a Monday and was extremely disappointed with the experience. The line was wrapped around the aisle, and only 3 registers were open out of 14. This is unacceptable—not only for customers who have to wait so long, but also for the employees who are left to manage such overwhelming crowds without enough support. The store urgently needs to open more registers and hire additional staff to handle the volume of customers more efficiently. Insane!

I've come here on the weekend and the lines are long and the story is messy but I just assumed it's because it's the weekend. I went back to the store on a Monday and tried on a bunch of things and the dirtiest fitting room I've ever seen. Dust bunnies for days. Gum stick to walls and a sticky floors. The good news is I found several great deals. I went on line to pay for the items that I tried on and sure enough it was just as long as the weekend. 3 registers were open but for some reason the line's had not moved in 15 minutes. Since the lines did not move I decided to leave along with many other people. The store is dirty and under staffed.
Update: came back Tuesday morning and the skirts and top were where I left them. BThe line was even longer. See photo. I waited and bought them. I feel for the workers. The need support.

Awful service. I went there today, I didn’t imagined the bad experience I would end up with. Priscila was my cashier today, she forgot to take off the alarm on one of my sandals. I got stopped by the security guard on my way out. Such an embarrassing moment everyone looking at me like I stole something. I even purchased my reusable bag inside the store. I went to reached back PRISCILA who totally forgot she took my order. PRISCILA didn’t wanted to take off the alarm from the sandals I just bought like 1 minute ago with my money, because I didn’t had the receipt. I left my bag with the guard while he continued looking inside it. 0 humanity. People need to be more humble now this days. I went back to get the receipt, and guess what? PRISCILA didn’t even apologized for her own mistake. Never going back to this location. Burlington I guess PRISCILA needs help to learn customer service the right way.
