“I recently had the pleasure of working with Fantastic Plastic after getting into a fender bender with my Toyota RAV4. After shopping around for quotes at three separate auto body shops, I was stunned by how expensive the repairs were going to be. By chance, a stranger at a gas station saw the damage to my vehicle and recommended Fantastic Plastic. Out of curiosity, I gave the shop a call and spoke with Mike, the owner. From the start, Mike was a gentleman and a total professional.
Mike invited me to bring in my vehicle for an inspection. He gave me an unbelievably fair quote that was $2,200 less than the cheapest of the three other estimates I had received. After coordinating with Mike to bring in my vehicle and then having my brother pick it up due to my travel schedule to San Francisco, I realized that Mike does not compromise on quality or his word and is an ethical businessman, which is particularly impressive in an industry often known for its dubious practices. Mike is truly a man of integrity.
The entire rear gate of my vehicle had to be replaced, and Mike did a fabulous job. His craftsmanship is top-notch, and the turnaround time was impressive. When my brother picked up the car, he mentioned that it was cleaned up and in better condition than when I brought it to Mike–it was immaculate. I cannot thank Mike enough for his exceptional service.
